My friend Katie in the back is doing our normal high impact moves. So you can also choose to do a mix of both low and high.

Hey guys! So this is my 4th and final attempt to upload this workout. I so badly want to be able to show you how to do these routines with zero jumping because so many of you need this option. So I had to take out the high quality music and take out some routines because of copyright. But here we are. This is for you ❤️

Hi Jennifer! It's been a whole week since I started to do this workout, I want to let you know that I succeeded. I did it everyday but Wednesday (because we all need a day to rest ☺️). I burned an average of 240 calories every day. Every night I went to bed excited to do this all over again. It's unbelievable I was never that excited to do exercise, I want to move all the time and constantly think of it. I'll be back here in a month with more stats. Again thank you very much to share your knowledge and passion with the sole purpose of help us.

Lola Roberts 😊😊 look for all the ones that are listed as zero jumping or high impact. It has me showing you low impact for the entire time while the other girls do high impact. And Thanks for doing my workouts ❤️

this looks so fun and i love BTS so it might keep me motivated. i'm going to try this tomorrow morning because i'm seriously overweight and out of shape but i want to get in 20-30 minutes worth of cardio daily.
So thankful for these workouts keeping me motivated through self isolation! Especially this one so I don't annoy the neighbours below us too much with my jumping haha

Cris you’re awesome! That is exactly what I aim to do. I make our routines simple to learn so you don’t have to constantly be figuring out what comes next. There’s about 3-4 parts to each song and you just repeat 😊

Thank you! I became Army a couple of months ago and now that I wanted to get fit and healthy and not finding any Kpop workouts on Peloton, I looked at RUclips and found you. LOVE THE WORKOUT and I was able to keep up after 2 years of not moving my body. Can't wait to workout to your videos!!

@@LuluVargas777 all of my bts workouts form the last 2 years show a split screen of no jumping and jumping. I filmed every routine twice 💜 so it will be just like this one except you will see me twice on there and not someone else. So it fits into what you’re looking for as far as a beginner workout! Check out my bts be moved challenge. It’s a week of bts workouts showing no jumping and jumping the entire time!

for anyone interested, today was my 2nd day doing this and i'll do it 7 days then update this comment to share results. so far, it was more fun than exhausting and i can feel my body becoming more active and my muscles are waking up (lol). after the first day i felt slight soreness in my back hips and calves and felt great throughout the next day as i do it at night few hours before bed. see you on day 7th.

Thank you so much!! I love BTS and I love this!! I have advanced psoriatic arthritis in my back, neck, hips, and knees. I have a hard time moving...but as I think I'm finally on a biologic drug that is working (after 5 attempts), I want to get some of my strength and balance back! I won't be able to do all of the moves in the beginning or the whole workout at once starting out, but this is sooo awesome!! I can start out with one or two and work up! Thank you!!!
no matter how good my stamina is, I always end up drenched in sweat and my brain stars to malfunction by the end of the workout. But I feel so marvelous afterwards. I love your bts workouts

Hiiiii! I just decided to do workout to improve my selfesteem and since BTS has been my strongest pilar on that I looked out for routines I could do with my overweight. Your routine is Super easy even with my kind of body, it took a lot of strenght but I made it to the end! Also I Will try to do the harder One when I gain more strenght to do so. The songs you choose were perfect cause I felt I could do anything and the ending with Epiphany made my heart feel good, BTS made me feel I deserve better, and your routine is awesome. Thank you for taking care of Army like me 💜✨

Don’t feel bad. I just want to show everyone that there is always a way that they can exercise. I have student who is in a wheelchair and has spina bifida and I make a way for her to exercise for an entire class. There’s always a way. You just have to find your determination to do it. 😊

ah i really thank you for this i needed to lose weight but any other cardio seems impossible bcs i have an ankle strain (caused by sprains that never healed) so the ones with jumping hurts so so much. so thank you so much for this 😭😭

Did this workout durring my surgery recovery I had on Nov 21-19.Do to a limpoma I had .Now I have to deal with the nerve and muscle they messed up durring the surgery for about 6-7monthes. And I did not want to be a couch patatoe .I wanted to mention I did have to make alot of modifications even on the low impact ones.But now I just got done and proud that I at least moved around and killed it . And I defenetly got a my sweat going on.Thanks Cardio Party Mashup Fitness🥵👍💯🙂

How many calories burnt in this workout?
Sarina Malik it really varies for each person because you have to factor in their age, height, weight and fitness level. I don’t remember my exact number but I didn’t burn as many as my normal in this workout because I’m used to doing high impact the entire time. However, I have several class members who can burn a lot of calories doing all low impact moves 😊

Hi! Unfortunately I can't edit in music when a video is already posted. There is a reason behind how bad it sounds. I had the high quality music in there and when I tried to post it, the video was automatically blocked. Back then, youtube was actually being not as strict if the music was in the background. So after 3-4 times of it being blocked, I uploaded it with the background music and it went up. But I realize that the volume is not loud at all and that's because I didn't film it turned up loud. But please go to my playlists and find the BTS song workouts. There is a video on their that shows 3 levels of impact the entire time and it has the good music in there 😊
