    Yo boys! Sick sick channel, would love to see videos on your products (maybe a playlist of them). Because I like the sound of the jump trainer you guys have but don’t know how and when to use it, same with the resistance bands that go around your knees. Love your channel!

    Can long runners perform this workout please answer my query

      This workout wouldn’t benefit a long distance runner because it’s focused more on speed and acceleration for sports that require change of direction like football and basketball etc. But the strength exercises will definitely help you out
