Add scrambled eggs, spices. Add rice and stock. Mix well. Meat can be added or eat meatless. Can be spicy so make adjustments as needed.
Ok I just made this n it came out perfect, I used a chicken cube cause I had no chicken stock or broth n I used half tumeric n half curry also I used 1 tablespoon sesame oil n 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to fry up the onions before cooking my rice, it came out perfect !!! I love it 😀 😍 ❤

The only piece that made me nervous was cooking the rice (but I'm a nervous wreck with rice in general). It all worked out well, I'm a fan + subscribing!
No worries! I use the Success rice boil in a bag. I think you're supposed to put it in the water first and bring to a boil. I always bring my water to a rolling boil then add the bags 5 or 10 minutes and you're good to go!!!

I've never tried adding curry powder to my rice. Thanks for the tip!! When I do make fried rice I have to keep some separate or not mixed in the rice or my wife won't eat it.🤷🏽♂️ I also like doing a chicken and shrimp or pork and shrimp one and add in mushrooms. Your video was in my recommendations and I'm glad it was. This past week I made boneless pork chops from a pork loin and used the last two slices for pork fried rice. by rinsing and toasting the rice, you remove the starch. removing the starch prevents the rice from sticking together. best way to cook rice for sure

I'm told that day old rice makes the best stir fry!

I was so glad to see you use the eggs,. It pulls the fried rice together so nicely. Have you tried throwing your eggs into the rice, then stir and fry it quickly? It costs the rice itself, I just Love it that way.

I've never tried adding curry powder to my rice. Thanks for the tip!! When I do make fried rice I have to keep some separate or not mixed in the rice or my wife won't eat it.🤷🏽♂️ I also like doing a chicken and shrimp or pork and shrimp one and add in mushrooms. Your video was in my recommendations and I'm glad it was. This past week I made boneless pork chops from a pork loin and used the last two slices for pork fried rice. I have to remember the curry the next time I do some.
