    Begin in a forearm plank position, with your elbows stacked under your shoulders, forearms pressed into the ground, and legs extended behind you. Pick up your right foot, and keeping your hips as low as possible, draw your right knee in towards your nose. Step your right foot back, then complete the movement with your left leg, keeping your core tight for the entire movement.
