Holy moly, I've got to try cooking a tube of sausage on the smoker like that because it looked incredible! In lieu of the King's Hawaiian rolls, how about taking your large cookie dough scoop and dropping a dozen balls of homemade buttermilk biscuit dough into the same pan you cooked those eggs, so you'd end up with sausage biscuit and egg and cheese sandwiches?! I'm thinking they would somewhat merge together yet remain separate enough that each biscuit would be distinguishable. Sausage gravy on the side please :)

Great idea, never thought about smoking the whole chub that way … I agree, if you have it cook on it. I use my pellet all the time for pizza because I can. Cook on Kids, enjoy your day! 🍻
This season, I cooked so many different things on my pellet smoker... ...even weenies and beans in a fry pan - and they were awesome! Also did pizza, beef ribs, pork ribs, brisket, chicken breasts, chicken wings, roast beef - the list is endless if you are creative and intent on using the device. - Cheers!
I can tell you one thing. I’ll be doing that for sure! Never thought about doing the eggs and sausage that way but it’s a perfect idea and easy. Don’t worry about dem trolls brother. They need to find a good hobby😂😂
I bet you could get both smoke flavor and crispy sausage. Smoke the sausage the night before and let it cool down and refrigerate overnight. Then slice the next morning and throw it on the griddle! Great recipe!
You absolutely can...at first I was worried once the meat heated up and before the meat actually started to cook....that the meat would sink in between the grates...

100...although...if the heat is not hot enough on the biscuits...may not rise fast enough...but as I mentioned...im a biscuit fan true and true

Here in Oklahoma, Blue & Gold sausage is sold only through FFA & 4 H in schools. Really good but sold once a year. We buy 20 4lb rolls to last a year

Hello I’m going to try this for the weekend did you have your temp at 220’ or 230 degrees? I have a camp chef 26” pellets grill and smoker
The temps wont matter...lower the longer and more smoke you would get...internal is more important
not sharpshooting but why not put the sausage on a grate to get smoke all around?
