LA House Tour (My sixth home in LA) West LA

This is my house I live/lived in my second semester in College. I found it through a friend that lived with this women I now renting the back house from, I knew she had a empty back house so I contacted her and asked if I could rent it.
(I found this house by a previous international student having this as their host house and me knowing there was aempty back house, I contacted te-he owner and asked if I could rent it.)
I pay $600 a month, which is a great price for West LA.
