Too true, it's such great recipes and meals without becoming over the top elaborate.
Coz occasionally there'll be some complicated ones in and there but most of them are stuff we'd all have in our kitchens or shop for often. And as someone who's not a native Spanish speaker and someone who only visits Spain for the football and tourism, things like these have been a way of helping me become more educated about the cuisine side of things.

I was gifted 10 lbs of frozen shrimp from Louisiana, and have tried several of your recipes and learned techniques that make me a better cook, too! All have turned out muy delicioso!
I love garlic and hot spices, so this is definitely going to be next.
    Thank you, Maestro Cocinero!
It's been such a long time since I've been to a chain restaurant like Red Lobster or Olive Garden. I have a feeling I would gag on their food now, way too much salt and fat. I love your simple fresh and healthy ingredients. With good ingredients, you don't want or need heavy sauces to cover them up.

My 92 year old aunt who doesn't take any pharmaceuticals agrees! She grew up in Mexico City, is a fabulous cook who opened her own restaurant here that her kids and grandkids now operate. She learned herbal medicine from her mother and grandmother, and has given me great advice over the years.

I can hardly WAIT to try this recipe. Since I've been a patron of SOAF I've started buying garlic by the bag instead of a bulb at a time!! When I cook for friends, they ask "is this a SOAF recipe"? Most of the time, it is!! Your recipes are easy to follow and have always turned out for me!! Great for entertaining. Your voice is sounding better, hope you'll be 100% well REAL SOON!!!

Great recipe! Simple and I put it over pasta. That shrimp isn’t cheap, as I questioned my total at Consum and cashier said, it was the shrimp! I wasn’t looking at price when I bought that brand, but wanted “ deveined” shrimp; it was, and a plus that it’s red Argentinian shrimp. Cheaper frozen shrimp in Spain isn’t deveined even if shell removed. I’m hooked on that brand.

  • @Ira88881

    Are you joking?
This was just shrimp and garlic, and you added Hot Spanish Paprika instead of a dozen other hot spices you could have used.
    This is hardly a recipe.
