Mark, you should know by now not to interrupt Fiona when she is talking. Her female intuition lets her know when she is correct, so you should listen attentively. After 50 years of marriage, my wife's female intuition is so well honed that she knows that I am wrong even before I open my mouth. LOL I have been following your journey from the very start and have loved every episode to date. Keep them coming please.
Yip you so right. I don’t know how many times Fiona has had a feeling that has turned out right on the money….I should listen more, I am trying my best
Montenegro is such a lovely place. I will I was there. I loved the view of the "harbor" or whatever the wide open place was. I also loved the place that y'all went to eat with the ducks/geese. My wife came running because I yelled out loud when your friend's wife tumbled over from the tender into the water. I'm so glad it was a shallow place. I'm glad you had your engineer friend there to help problem solve the electrical. I would keep drawer full of separate amp fuses ready so you never run out. Same thing with regular maintenance items like fuel and water filters. You're doing great learning the ins and outs of the new yacht, Mark. Hello, Fiona, we love your ability to keep the peace :) Jim
Interesting electrical issue. I am a total luddite, but if you switch all the batteries off do you still need to turn off all the breaker switches? Won't there be zero power to the breakers if all the batteries (and generator and shore power) are shut down? You need to buy your friends air fare tickets to home! First class too! They not only provided immense technical support but comedy support as well. Good people indeed. Montenegro towns and villages are utterly charming. Not a bad place at all to spend a couple of months. Fine video, and you are a very lucky man to be married to Fiona.
Ok so the reason you turn the breakers off is so that you can slowly power the ship back up. Imagine everything is off and you turn on the batteries there is an instant huge load on them. By turning everything off you can load up the system slowly. Yip they are great friends we loved having them on board. Luck? It was good planning to marry Fiona.
Hi Mark and Fiona A quick tip on cleaning your hull in the water. Buy 2 plastic quick release suction cups. Can attach and hold on any smooth surface with good hand hold then use free hand to clean. Worked a treat for us. Cheers from NZ.
Hi Mark just to touch on the kill cord issue again when your motoring in your tender it’s great to see your wearing it but you would be better having it around your leg the reason being if you have it on your wrist and it gets caught when you are manoeuvring it could kill the engine and cause big problems Flipper.
Dinner was wonderful Gary…they are so nice and the setting really was magic. Best part was olive oil over fresh garlic with bread for dipping. It was just yummy. Water was pretty cold

Hi Mark. Love your channel! Please keep it going!! The woman overboard and the fun and laughing reaction was epic. No worries we enjoy making them. Apparently breakers no good for such large loads. Individual items can be protected but not the whole circuit on the DC side. Got you - thanks
This is Cher. Using my husband's phone, that's why his name Lester shows up!
Mark, how dare you think it's funny that your poor friend fell overboard. You need to get that chip off of your shoulder! Not only do u degrade your wife but you jeopardize ppl on your boat. How was it funny that the poor gentleman had to move his head, so quickly I might add bc the captain didn't warn him to bend down so his head wouldn't hit the overpass. Had he not noticed it in time, the outcome would have been terrible...and on the way back the same damn thing happened.
Mark, as the "know it all" that you think you are, be a Captain and stop worrying about video/you tube content.
...you say you read and answer all comments...I'm looking forward to your excuses...
That poor woman that fell off of your "inflating" dingy...her husband is a hero. I haven't seen someone jump in so fast as he did to save her. As she was struggling, you were laughing Mark...as Captain and a human, YOU, my friend, should be ashamed.
Not that it will matter to you, but you have just lost two subscribers...
SMARTEN UP!!!
Wow ok maybe this channel not for them.
Have you watched our videos from the start? If so you will realise that we banter like we do. Mark is not a know it all. He is one of the finest people you will ever meet. As for our friends. They played the video being used and we were very aware it was shallow water and it happened so quickly that by the time we were laughing we knew she was ok and you can hear us asking if she is all good. We are not nasty or inconsiderate people. Shame you have chosen to look at things from a negative perspective. If you met us you would know that’s not who were are.
We can’t control if you continue watching us or not but felt it imperative to reply so as to hopefully make you see things in a different light. We can but hope!
As for Gary ducking his head he was completely in control of that and was doing it to have some fun. At no time was anybody in danger.
