And lastly, I was wondering: do any of y'all wear sunscreen? I was thinking that throughout the course of the day with running and the lake/rock time, everyone had quite a bit of sun exposure so I'm wondering if people are regularly putting on sunscreen or if some people just kind of get lucky and don't put it on and then don't burn? Hehe!

We do fast strides after every run. This is great because it keeps speed in our legs all year round.

Sry that was a mistake. Most of big bear is 7,000 but this is up on a ridge at 8,000. Hopes this clears the air.
