In my town this is so sick. I’m apart of Santa Barbara cross country team, I’m a freshman and my 3 mile PR is 17:07. I know it’s bad but I’m trying to get better and your videos give me inspirations

That's not bad at all. Especially for a freshman. And as L&L said, consistency is key. I say as a running nerd and ex hardcore runner back in the 70's. ;-)

17:07 would put you on varsity on my team! Being as fast as Newbury is a bit extra(they have iron tests, dedicated coaches, altitude training). 17 in freshman year is easily setting you up to become an amazing runner.

Sort of, we are still letting people donate to add funds, and we are planning our time to work the rest of the summer in order to find the bikes.

@@andrewbostic2087 We are routinely scanning all possible bike selling sites. We have filed a police report and called bike shops. We are going to continue to call pawn shops and search for them. Most likely we will have to buy new ones, but best case we would find them.

It is a sad world we live in when teens bikes are stolen in just a few minutes. Santa Barbra, Venice Beach and other places toward LA are prime hunting grounds for bike thieves. A friend of mine had two custom racing bikes stolen near Venice Beach. Suggest when you get new bikes consider GPS tracking devices for the bikes.
If you want to ride near high theft areas get a couple of cheap Walmart bikes to use in those areas, and keep the good bikes for special areas.

Yeah, build up slow so then you don't shock your body. Focus on quality over quantity. Keep speed in your system, so do a couple fast strides after your runs.

He was injured, but currently he is building back up. This was filmed during his break.

this was shot with a couple. The main was a fujifilm xt4, most other shots were filmed with the gopro hero 9. We also used supplementary footage from adam's sony camcorder, and canon g7x mkII
