You guys are a huge inspiration for me. I am going into my freshman year and I couldn't chose to do track or baseball, but after watching these videos my choice was very clear to lose baseball and run track. I hope this decision was worth it and thanks for everything.
@@LLexandleovloggs Watch and you will see my name at the pacific leauge frosh-soft champion. I will not tell my name, as I will come and find you at a meet where our high schools our competing in the same meet.

I've been training in the tempo next %s for a bit over a month now and have over 200 miles on them now, and I gotta say, they are the best shoes I've ever run in and I'm going to start using that model as my main training shoes instead of the pegasus' from now on
Hello guys and thankyou for what you are doing. I have been with you since early and your family..how blessed you are. When uou get to stanford in the fall i will be there with you.. i was at ucla and oh my.. when you are from nocarol.. would love to exchange emails. Im handicapped and this tablet is my world
Just looked up the elevation of big bear it’s only 6752ft, my high altitude camp in the Unitas was over double that lmao. They would prolly benefit from an altitude closer to 10k
lol running 7,000 feet is just fine for altitude training, that’s how high all the pro’s train at. 12,000 is just overkill, it’s hard to even run at that point
Actually where they run the base is at 7,000' and some of their runs, such as Skyline, hit at about 8,200'. As Alec mentioned that is just about right for good altitude training.
Love how y’all are putting out vids more often at big bear
3:29 is peak running form
L&L is the best running channel on the planet 🌎

I used the tempo next percents for a easy run once and they hurt my feet a lot on the east run so that was the end of that.

@@caitlynlee1720 yeah exactly, but I figured i would try them out for an easy run.
