Since normal KQ cannot be used during BTD; it could be considered that it is still KQ, just a requiem version of it. So there would technically only be two stand abilities within Kira.

It's essentially an arrow that will seek a person or animal and pierce them. If said living being is worthy, they get a Stand. If not, they die. Mikitaka (the "alien") is a special case because the Arrow couldn't pierce him. He also has these special quirks (like being allergic to loud sirens) and transformation abilities. He also can't see Stands, which is why it's debatable whether he's a Stand user or not. Stray Cat is another special case. Basically, it was a cat that got pierced by the Arrow and survived, but later died in the Kawajiri household. But because it was still manifesting its Stand, and its dead body was buried in the garden, it came back to life as its own Stand, in the form of a strange plant. But it still retains its cat-like mannerisms.
