- On this adventure I stayed local due to the wild weather conditions, It wasn't the best day to be out, but It was the only day I had. I headed out in the early afternoon hoping to get about three hours in, also hoping the weather wasn't going to turn, lucky enough It somewhat held and I was able to get on the gold.

It's appears to be one way to keep the numbers low only allowing Victorians to sign, see what magic you can use to get it signed. I was very happy to see that little bit of, it was tough going. Cheers mate
You done well mate, shes full of lead shot for sure... you know might be a bit of fun to have a lead shot competition see who finds the most lead in a certain spot for the day. bound to be some gold finds as well !
I knew the lead would have been bad, but coupled with bad weather made it worse. When I fill my little bottle with lead I'm going to pour a lead bar and see how much I have and then wish it were gold LOL. Cheers mate

M8 that tiny bit of gold is a win I go metal detecting around a local public park and I've dug up alot of bottle caps ring pulls cans and a few coins and tea spoons (why tea spoons I don't know) anyway I'm positive theirs gonna be some jewellery it's a big park people play rugby and football and I know a few people have lost wedding bands and chains ⛓ anyway cool video ❤
It sure was and I was happy to see it in those conditions. Keep at it mate, there's some good treasure lost out there, I saw a ring worth 12k yesterday that a bloke found, so he's happy and I think someone somewhere would be very sad. Happy hunting. Cheers Pete

On a day like that any gold is welcome, it wasn't a very pleasant day to be out. The GOLD THINGY has come a long way since the original version.
This latest version looks better than a bought one.
The original one , I'ld probably call the Council Garbos to come pick it up if I found it on the creek.
The OG gold thingy is still around and will be making an appearance again soon now we've had some rain. This version is the multi sluice and has evolved as a result of me building a sheetmetal folder, I'm really happy with the way they come up and more than happy to donate one to Victor's RCH fundraiser. The weather was a shocker, but not much stops me from heading out. Thanks mate, the sluices come up well now, building the folder was the best thing I made, it's awesome for these things. Isn’t state and national parks supposed to be for public use?
They must have different classifications for national parks, Bendigo's Whipstick is a national park but you can do most things there, but Kara Kara national Park near Stuart Mill is heavily restricted with no prospecting and that's what these proposed national parks are going to be. Cheers mate 👍

in respect of keeping recreation vehicles our of parks etc. we can always vote with our feet as only One Nation via Pauline Hanson will listen and deliver what Australian's want for all Australian's and not just protected minorities
