Hello. So my watch was not charged for quite awhile. I put it on the charger and all I get is the Apple logo coming onto the screen and then goes black again. It keeps doing this, but will not start charging. I have reset it using the two buttons and I do get the Apple logo as it is already there. Nothing else happens. My watch is not paired with my phone and I have no way to pair it anyways since it is not turning on. Is there anything I can do. I have tried different chargers and plugs etc. Thanks
I don’t see how this last step is supposed to work if the watch is not connected to the phone via Bluetooth and keeps flashing the Apple logo. How is are the changes made in the Watch App on the iPhone supposed to take place if the two devices are not connected and unable to communicate since on of them is not available? Sounds like an awesome fix until you realize it’s not.
I tried all these methods and it’s still doing it. I no longer have the iPhone it was paired to because I made a mistake of trying out android for a while and just upgraded yesterday back to iPhone. I no longer have the iPhone it was linked to. Is there a way around this? Thank you.
So this started happening after I toke a swim in the sea with my Apple Watch series 6. all of a sudden it kept taking me to the switch off screen and turning the emergency notification on, after few times it went dead. After getting back home and trying to place it on the charger it started giving me the flashing apple logo, tried 2 options (no reset) since it wont pair to my phone Bluetooth in the first place to allow it to reset but nothing worked. It is very frustrating and I wish there is a solutions since I am currently not in the US and the country I am at doesn't have an apple store or any support stores that can repair/replace the watch
Fe_10_tha_crab Bro, If nothing is working for you and it’s a older model Apple Watch, it could be a hardware issue. It will be better to take it to service center.🤔
My Apple Watch is still facing the slow flashing apple logo while charging and is completely dead. I have tried all three method, even unpairing it with my iPhone and it didn't worked as it said it has unpaired it partially and have to unpair it from watch side, and as apple watch is not working so I couldn't do anything. What should I do next?
I was experiencing the same thing. I was waiting for the watch to completely run dry and so I could charge it up again (thinking it would reset that way) but by putting it down it seemed to take forever. So even though it wasn’t working I decided to wear it anyway and drain the battery somehow. But by wearing it the watch seemed to fix itself… it’s working well again. So maybe try that and see.
So a bit of an update. It turns out that the issue came from water getting into the watch. I’m no professional but I’m guessing that by wearing the watch the water got out of where it was causing trouble and as long as you avoid water it should work fine. So perhaps look into getting it resealed if possible to stop water from getting in again.
I get a message on my phone that says could not connect to Apple Watch… Make sure your Apple Watch is nearby, powered on, and not in airplane mode. I don’t see how I’m supposed to erase content settings and unpair them if my phone can’t recognize the watch to begin with.
When my wifenand I are charging our watch on our nightstands the display is flashing off and on with clock, battery monitor etc. The lights are driving us crazy. There must be a way to turn off the display at night while charging?
I’m grateful for this video. I tried all the fixes except unlinking from my iPhone, and this fixed it. I was already to trash my watch 5 for a watch 7 before I tried this. Prior to this, I was on a chat with Apple and he/she did not mention this fix.

I also use AW series 6, I'm having a flashing error when charging like the clip above after swimming continuously for 1 hour in the pool. Before that, my watch was Worn out battery 83%. I think when Worn out battery is below 85% you should not swim because it will damage the battery.
Hi everyone. My series 6 unfortunately died couple of days ago. I put on water settings and start swimming. After 10 or so minutes didn’t respond. 2 days after went on emergency mode for 5 minutes now doesn’t work at all. When I try to force reset it all it does is flashing apple logo and nothing more. On charge does the same thing. Anyone with the same problem ?
I have an Apple Watch with this issue; it briefly flashes but only when on charge. The first 2 options don't work & option 3 (via the Watch App on on the iPhone) can't be used either as I've replaced my iPhone a couple of times & this watch has never been synced with my current iPhone (though it should still be associated with my iCloud account, not that I think that helps?). Anyone any Ideas? I'd like to give the watch away to someone. Thanks in advance.
