omg, you are a superwoman, every movement made me wince in pain. although i do plan to try some of the lighter movements, i would need another lifetime to do the entire routine just like you.

It's the summer holiday and I wanted to get myself more muscly and I'd been so lazy about that plan so far, but I saw your video and decided to do this follow along. This was great! Thank you.
I hate getting injured. You realize how even the simplest motions we take for granted. Sometimes you'll never be the same even after you've recovered 😞
You’re right in that you won’t be the same again, that’s one of the hardest things to accept. But recognize you are still worthy and capable despite this injury.
And sometimes you will. Anything worth doing is rarely easy. I have had to recover from 4 different major surgeries and I'm in process 4. My mobility is now absolute crap and I have glute amnesia and some kind of dyskinesia in my rhomboids. I didn't even know that was a thing but after a year of recovery, I have a lot of work ahead
I few good ones that I'm going to try and incorporate into my morning and evening routine, but quite a few that would probably destroy lumbar spine (bad arthritis), which is sad because I was doing most of them daily up until a year ago. Then I want from 50 to 80 in the course of a few months, and it's been downhill ever since.
What needs to be done for muscle flexibility and health longevity similar to your own? What routine/s How frequent? Lifestyle? How to progress stretching? Literally…what did you do in your life to become as flexible and as strong jointed.

stay within your range of comfort. the only keys are to keep moving and go for quality, not quantity. remember, motion is lotion.
