    So I have done many of these stretches many times with youtubers that just assume you know how to do them proper. Your explanations were worth a lot.

    When I was a kid, a friend of mine studied taekwondo with Chung Oh (a well known teacher in the Kit-Wat area back in the 70s). He could use his foot to bat around the chandelier in his parent's living room. I could barely get half that high :-)

    I was having lower back/left hip pain after pulling a muscle. The pain is gone but I still felt stiff for weeks. I started following along 3 days ago and I feel so much better.
    Also congratulations on all your success at the Olympia. It was inspiring to see your prep and how well you did.

    Thanks again, i joined you today (gmt 09:49) finishing now. i really appreciate you, this is my second session and im already getting back to my natural self. it wasa so hard for me to receive the love for stretching again after so much injury, but you have r4estored my faith. Love you. x

    At 15:30 I can manage to put my ankle on my knee and have my other legs calves and hamstring touch like that and seat on the floor but I cant seat straight only if I almost lay down and I can't get to feel my glutes what can I do

    I have hypermobile ehler's danlos and these strengthening and stretching exercises with easy explanations and accessibility are so so so amazing. I hope to achieve your level of mobility some day.

    Any recommendations on how to get the ankle mobility up? I can not do the deep squats without lifting my heels. Thank you very much, and amazing stretching video!!

      at the end of this video I go over 3 ankle focused stretches ! i would work those almost everyday for yourself

    finished another session, quit when their was 2 minutes left but what can i say, 4th or 5th session feeling alot better. do you ever reach a plato in stretching?

    It's not easy to do the exercise with my legs apart for me. It really stresses me out because every time, there's always something blocking me 😞. My back remains round despite My efforts and my legs are not spreading well, when I try to do a little more I have so much pain in the ligaments behind my knees 😞😞 please help me on how I can fix it🙏🙏

    On the tspine i'd go with the elbow to try and touch the ground.

    The pigeon pose, I noticed you have one side tighter than the other, like myself.
    Should that be addressed or is there a reason why one side is tighter than the other?

      im tighter in my left side for a couple reasons! each person is different - I tend to spend a little longer in my stretches on my left side vs. right side
