When I was a kid, a friend of mine studied taekwondo with Chung Oh (a well known teacher in the Kit-Wat area back in the 70s). He could use his foot to bat around the chandelier in his parent's living room. I could barely get half that high :-)
I was having lower back/left hip pain after pulling a muscle. The pain is gone but I still felt stiff for weeks. I started following along 3 days ago and I feel so much better. Also congratulations on all your success at the Olympia. It was inspiring to see your prep and how well you did.

At 15:30 I can manage to put my ankle on my knee and have my other legs calves and hamstring touch like that and seat on the floor but I cant seat straight only if I almost lay down and I can't get to feel my glutes what can I do
I would like to see how pro athelite like you recover from injuries because alot of beginners like me stop doing what they are trying to do after a injury

I have hypermobile ehler's danlos and these strengthening and stretching exercises with easy explanations and accessibility are so so so amazing. I hope to achieve your level of mobility some day.

It's not easy to do the exercise with my legs apart for me. It really stresses me out because every time, there's always something blocking me 😞. My back remains round despite My efforts and my legs are not spreading well, when I try to do a little more I have so much pain in the ligaments behind my knees 😞😞 please help me on how I can fix it🙏🙏
The pigeon pose, I noticed you have one side tighter than the other, like myself. Should that be addressed or is there a reason why one side is tighter than the other?
im tighter in my left side for a couple reasons! each person is different - I tend to spend a little longer in my stretches on my left side vs. right side
