Found your channel last night. I love it. I love coffee. I love iced coffee. I love your recipe ideas. Plus they all seem so simple. Will be trying some in the next little while.
Yay been looking for the recipe. Thank you 🙏
Been loving your videos! Thank you so much. 🤍
love the homemade salted caramel syrup.more power and recipes to your channel.mabuhay!
I can't wait to try this 👏 Would the measurements be the same f or other flavored syrups like butter pecan, carmel, vanilla etc too? Also would it be the same measurements? Thank you for sharing 👍 Stay safe healthy and happy ✝️ 🇺🇸
I just made this, used vanilla instead of caramel syrup. Came out delcious! I think i cooked the liquid a bit too far, or maybe didnt stir quick enough when adding the last cup of water though, because of my syrup turned into a clump. I tried dissolve it best i could by stirring while everything was still warm. Besides that though, I had about a cup of syrup left over. Trial and error!
😊 Just love it. Taste delicious 😋
I just made this and it is AMAZING, i can practically eat the syrup by itself. Thank you! Greetings from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
Hello Puerto Rico!
Thanks for sharing🥰

I just made mine today after watching this video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I'm so glad!
Thank's sa idea Ms. Chao😊
Welcome!!
Thank u sooooo sooo much guys try because it taste same caribou salted caramel 🤏🏻dupes 🤤
Thank you all natural
this is actually good
I just halfed it since i only wanted it for one drink. Tho i ended uo using the entire syrup in my drink it was a bit sweet but that's my bad.
I also did end up putting some brown sugar with the white sugar and vanilla extract so that probably did change the taste up a bit!
Well done!
Can you use this same method , on different flavor? like Vanilla syrup, simple syrup, hazelnut syrup (using hazelnut flavoring)
is it okay of there's no caramel flavouring? any optional?
How long it will last?
can we use brown sugar instead of white sugar? tnx
Thanks NICE
Welcome
do i have to refridgerate it?
Hi. Thanks for the recipe. I will try it. But how long does it last when it is open?
Hello, this should last for up to 6 months without refrigeration.
@@rizasri thanks for the reply!
whats the difference in using brown sugar instead of white?
Hi ms riza, can i add a bit more salt to make it taste saltier? Im afraid the saltiness will disappear once mixed in the cold milk tea drink.
should be fine :-)
hello, is it okay if I use brown sugar instead of white?
Sure you may :-)
Can you please show me how to make the salted caramel Pepsi because I don't know how to add it to the Pepsi ??
I use another method as I am specialist in the kitchen. I melt the sugar untill become sauce and afterwards add water. It is a dangerous methodology but the syrup turn out the same like yours.
Can i just use vanilla instead of caramel syrup?
Hello. No they are different. 🙂
Hi Ms. Riza. I tried doing this but I had a hard time dispensing it off from the squeezer. The texture is too thick. What do you think i did wrong?
I would say you over simmered it. This is a syrup it should not thicken at all.

Why was the second cup of water a little dark?
Hi, I dipped the brush in it! :-D
Idk what's wrong with mine. I used white sugar. My caramel looks like a simple syrup with salt. When I wait much longer to make the color amber the mixture crystalize, then i need to open my stove to decrystalize it.
Pls follow my procedure on sugar syrup for the golden version.
can I not add vanilla extract or do I really need to apply it?
Hello, not sure what you mean apply? :-)
Could you please tell me why mine doesn’t boil to amber colour? It stays transparent until it crystallises 😢
Finally found something in english
How long does it last and how do you store it?
They last up to 6 months without refrigeration.
Is caramel flavoring is the vanilla extract?
No it’s not 🙂
Hi
Can I add a tbs of caramel sauce for flavouring? Coz I don’t have caramel flavour
Caramel sauce might make your syrup 'cloudy'. If you do not have caramel flavouring you may use vanilla. The caramel flavour is achieved by the caramelisation process anyway. All the best.
@@rizasri Hi Ms. can I use Vanilla extract if caramel flavouring isn't available?
Ms chao, yung caramel syrup at brown sugar syrup are the same ?
No they are not :-). Please check both video clips
it is optional right to put caramel flavor? so its okay to make it without the flvour?
Hello, if without flavour it will be simple sugar syrup. :-)
which brand of caramel flavoring that you used?
It's a local brand. To add that distinct smell :-)
Hi. What type of water do you usually use? Distilled? Mineral?
Purified :-)
Hi, thanks for sharing the recipe. Is there any way to write you directly, I have some questions regarding bubble tea. Appreciate your support, you´re pretty by the way.
Hello, you may email us :-)
❤❤❤❤
Can you store this at room temperature? How long should this be consumed after making it?
Store it in a fridge. Should last a few weeks. If you add 1/2 and oz of vodka itll stay good for atleast a month.
Can i use iodized or pink salt if i don't have sea salt.?
Sure
Hi... how long the salted caramel syrup will last without being spoiled? 6-10 months?
at least 6 months :-)
@@rizasri thanks... can I use sugar substitute to make salt caramel syrup and salted caramel sauce? If yes, do you which one work best?
@@minerallady what sugar substitute?
@@rizasri sorry for the confusing... I meant like diet sugar such as stevia or other brands...
Can I omit the sea salt to make simply caramel syrup?
Sure
Hi, what if I have the caramel sauce and I need caramel syrup, can I just add water to it?
Hmmm, no. Caramel syrup has no dairy in them.
@@rizasri ok, thank youu♥️
Where can i get this CARAMEL FLAVOUR?
Online shops should have them :-)
Where to buy caramel flavouring?
try your local shopee or lazada :-)
How to make it thick like monin or long beach caramel. What is the measurement
Use this recipe :-)
Would this taste the same without the "caramel flavour"? Could you do this with the sugar and water only?
Sure but the synthetic flavouring will just add some aroma.
How long is its shelf life? Thank you for the recipe!
Hello, at least 1 month
I've tried this so many times today, but still failed to make it. Either all the water evaporates from my sugar in the first step and the sugar then won't turn/stay liquid, or I get to the point where you add water to the browned melted sugar, but then the sugar immediately goes rock hard... I don't know what to do. I've tried everything!
Use a different recipe. She added too much water at the initial melting stage. Zero water would be fastest.
🥰🥰🥰
🙏🙏❤️❤️
I'm curious why you don't use brown sugar. Also, why did your second cup of water that you added to the pot look yellow?
Because she was dipping the brush she was using to wipe the burnt caramel from the pot in there
Can i use this caramel for Bubba drink?
yes, you may
@@rizasri thank you
☕
It is really a Vanilla extract?
No. It is not although you may use vanilla extract instead. Or not at all. The caramel flavouring is to add smell.
How about 2:1 method ?
Hello, pwede ko ba i substitute si caramel sauce sa caramel flavoring???
Not really. Caramel sauce has milk.
The consistency is a kinda thin, can I add sugar to thicken a little bit?
Hello, this is syrup and not sauce. Pls check our the sauce recipe on this channel :-)
Hi Ms. Riza Can i use Himalayan Salt?
Yes you can
@@rizasri Tq so much! 👍👍👍🌹
Why your second water was not clear as the first one??
Hello, I dipped the whisk in it :-) It should be clear
Is there an alternative for caramel flavor? Cant find it anywhere :(
Vanilla is fine...
@@rizasri thank u! I just tried it with vanilla earlier and it amazingly tasted very similar to the brand im using. Thank you so much!
Can you give the recipe in grams?
For these, 1ml = 1g
Go to 1:05 to save time
how many grams for sugar? How many ml for 1 cup of water? thank youhow many grams for sugar? How many ml for 1 cup of water? thank you
these are standard cups
The syrup does not look thick in the end
Hi, this is syrup. For caramel sauce ruclips.net/video/F0kUdJByDiw/видео.html
Could you please share the recipe with me in writing
Hello, if you would like to see all the recipes you may benefit from getting a copy of my books :-)
Can’t we just add vanilla extra ?
Sure but this is caramel syrup and not vanilla syrup :-). Stay tuned for our recipe on home made vanilla syrup
2:49 this is the moment when you have caramel, right?
I wonder why we need a caramel flavouring if we had a real caramel...
The flavouring is optional. It's more for the smell :-)
Adding boiled water is safer tbh
What's with the Trying Hard British Accent?
Hi, as a non-native English speaker, I am trying hard to speak 'ENGLISH' to cater for more people across the globe. Oh and yes, English is my 3rd language!
Wrong, thats not how you make it
Hi, do let me know how you do it! Looking forward! Maybe I can make another video using your recipe :-)
What about table salt ? Can i use it ?
To prevent the syrup from turning to Cristal is to add a fresh squeezed lemon, little only, half lemon is enough
@@AbuKhaled23 thanks. We would normally recommend this for the thicker sugar syrup. Please check out this video ruclips.net/video/IotfJDSdwBs/видео.html. :-)
@@riohanna5882 Yes, that is also fine. Sea salt just gives a better taste :-)
