Fun Grey knight lore. Their captain is in the hell esentially doom guying demons. Every once in a Blue moon cultists will try to summon a demon and in fact accidentally summon him instead. The bloodbath is legendary.
You dont have to have them on medbay. They can still fight as long as they are not critically wounded. And lastly if you learn the new game mechanics to mitigate damage for example that will help too.
How to win any situation/battle: 3 justicars with honor the chapter put a damage dealer, paladin wit a hammer blends and stack ap on him and watch him purge. But 4 justicars with 5 ap each is also awesome. Focus on your objectives and try ignore the hoards. This is mainly for destroy the bloom stacks mishs.
You have to try a Librarian with the group teleport. Nothing better than having your Paladin right in the face of anything and avoiding overwatch/suppression.
If you mean the universe, "Space Marine" exists on console and is something you could play. Chaos Gate, as a 'series' consists of only this, and a game from twenty years ago. They're only slightly more related than Arkane's Prey (2017) is to Human Head Studios' Prey (2006). They just kind of use the same name.
I'm sure it will at some point. There are plenty of tactical turn based games on consoles. It's a system that can easily be ported from mouse/keyboard to controllers.

Warhammer 40K is a table top game universe that sells the rights to make a game to various video game developers and then these different game studios make wildly different games of wildly different quality with the only connection being that they are based on the same expansive universe. Warhammer 40k is so expansive there are many different sub-gene games that play completely different, with completely different rule sets based on the Warhammer 40k universe, and each one could become a series of its own. Chaos Gate only has one other video game from decades ago and its not really connected to this game.

The game runs terribly and has multiple variation of deleting your save files,have lost 2 runs so far and the game animations are slow even playing medium settings don't buy it right now
Haven't encountered those issues you're mentioning in two playthroughs. The most I've gotten for bugs is that one time my weapons were on the teleportarium's floor, but that's a visual bug that went away with a restart. Also runs smoothly at max settings on my rig (Lenovo Legion 5 with RTX 3060).

The game is written by Aaron Dembski-Bowden, a veteran and generally well loved author of Black Library, so in all likelihood, it was to clarify things to non-40k fans who might be playing the game.

My space marine got a paper cut. Had to wait 30 days for him to heal.
And every dam ship battle dam my med bay making healing time longer.
Gotta upgrade your apothecarion get it down to 15 days in no time.

Sounds about right, everybody knows the first mission in Xcom 2 Gatekeeper is the hardest damn mission

There are a lot of instant win buttons. Librarian and interceptor combo still destroys even after nerf.

The normal mode in this game is pretty hard..
The start, yes. Then it quickly becomes too easy unless you make frequent bad choices

What I'm waiting for is the definitive edition of DOW. Definitely with updated factions and maybe a new expansion because of the updates.

No boss (other than last one) lasted for more than 1 turn.
This is the only XCOM clone where playing on the lowest diff level made sense haha

Not a fan of this blizzard style graphics and quirky characters - would like smt more grim. But it looks fun! Will try on a sale or gamepass.

Does the game allow Mod's? Perhaps allowing a 5th Marine to your squad would help balance out the crazier difficulty level maps/missions.
