If I did my arithmetic correctly, Bonnie is all of 23 years old on this night. Holy moley! Hearing her and Freebo start the set (he’s pretty badass btw) and then Lowell just magically fits in like they’ve been doing it forever. Lowell gets requested to sing to sing Willin’ and somehow ends up doing Apolitical Blues with John Hammond on harp making it sound easy and just dripping blues. Wotta show! Thanks for sharing this- it’s going in my OMG archive!
Bonnie Raitt live in her prime is an awesome thing to hear. Great service to us all for this posting. The voice, the playing from all of them is so different to the crap out today.
Lowell was The Man, who Bonnie Adored, as She's Being Schooled, as well as Adored Herself, Learning Together, for Later, though sadly enough Lowell Bailed at a very young age. Though left The World with much Great Music from His Band Little Feat, Which Billy Payne would like to try and debate, which is quite obviously not at all debatable, for Lowell was most definitely the heart of The Band, as was Jerry to The Dead, which Bobby would possibly also try to debate, though Reality All The Same.
❤he warms Bonnie Hands and ialso love Chris Smither as Mr Lovell Here Bonnie and the musicns comes in shooes for 1000 Miles to take me. Higher And hgher......yeaaaaaaaah
The Bless-ed Church of Ms. Raitt The Devine. Put your hands on the Speaker, Sisters and Brothers. Feel the power

Billie Holiday then Patsy Kline.
Beethoven; Für Elise❤

I listen to at least a couple Lowell songs every night, be it frank Little Feat, solo, sitting in.. he was the real deal. All the ladies adored him..
