      I wasn't aware mine was a burnout when my body suddenly froze in the car right after I've parked my car. I remember feeling super tired and tears just rolling down my cheeks, feeling hopeless as I couldn't even move my fingers.
      That was the wake up call for me to really be mindful and take a step back with my job. I have been in project mode since 2019, guess it's really taking a toll on me.
      That's also the reason I'm starting to create content here.. Want to share the awareness as well as to just explore anything outside of work... Be of service and building a community too. Of course, I have been focusing on my physical and mental fitness too. 😊😊

    Relatable 😊 I have also been on my way to the office when the feeling that you have really need to turn back and just rest.. which you should do in that case! Looking forward to your next video.
