Love your videos but really appreciate how you instruct us what tools to use and how to muse them.
Welcome to the channel. Thank you. Really appreciate your comment.
Thank you for sharing your experience, I’m self taught and lots to learn, excellent video 👍🏻👍🏻
I am self taught too. Over 40 years now. Glad you enjoyed the video. Welcome to the channel.

Really nice box.
Thanks Mark.
I’m new to wood turning I like your videos
Welcome to the channel Tony. Welcome to the world of wood turning. Thanks for watching. Happy turning.
Great video! Thanks for sharing. 72 and new to woodworking. Bought first cuttings tools. Sales person suggested carbide tips, since I had no experience sharing high speed steels. Watched a lot of you tube videos. All showed working with steel. Your videos is the only one I’ve found showing how to use the two carbide tools. Thank you very much. This video is very helpfull.
I have shown how to use all my carbide tools across the channel. Thanks for watching. Glad you found it helpful. Welcome to the channel.
That looks very nice.
Thanks Ian
Hi Glenn. Great video. Just for reference what does is this video replayed at? Just trying to get a realistic feel for the turning with carbide, etc... ?? Thank you!
We usually speed vids by either x1.5 or x2
Thanks for showing is the ropes. How do you sharpen it?
I've done a video on sharpening carbides. ruclips.net/video/OKIhVNGJOWU/видео.html
Glenn & Liza great job guys a cracking wee pot and you finial came in handy as well, smashen. Q do you not use sanding sealer or is there in you shine stuff.
The sanding sealer is a more diluted solution. I didn't use that on this one. I have explained on another video, the ratio for the sanding sealer mix ruclips.net/video/SXaMtUOEtg0/видео.html
You really like to use shellac. Why?
Because it's good. I think it's one of the best finishes.
