Most calisthenics or weight training videos are the same. A cool, muscled guy with extreme muscle definition does some tricks or shows some exercises and always with the same trendy music that you find in clubs, or in the rest of the trendy music video clips. You are totally different! Discipline, mental strength, simple videos, sweat, hard work no expression of the modern way of life. I miss athletes and warriors like you who show original training without wanting to be part of the modern world. You give people spiritual strength and show how to train properly! Your aesthetic is also exemplary, strong and flexible. Respect, a warrior, the best chanel!

Blaming the free information out there because you didn't watch enough... those videos probably would get a person bigger biceps, if they knew enough information to apply it.

@@frog6054 i typed in Iron Wolf diet, there are 4 videos up explaining stuff he uses as boosts, such as peanut butter, bananas, oatmeal, etc. No video explaining his macros, how he figured out his resting metabolic rate, how much he eats a day in calories, etc. That is all online free in a ton of other videos, it's assumed that you as a viewer would educate yourself on that to achieve results. Like said, if you ate 5k calories and drank every night... even if you did every work out he does, you would put on fat.
Clickbait titles do suck, I agree with you, but a lot of those videos have information you could still use, it's simply free information, and you need to gather enough information to make the right decisions if you were trying to lose weight. I think Iron Wolf is inspirational, has good content, and honestly, it's probably the best fitness channel if you staying in due to corona, that being said, if your goal was to get jacked with massive pectorals, this wouldn't do it. Progressive overload in the gym targeting your chest along with eating the right amount of calories and proper sleep and rest would do that. If someone were to watch Iron Wolf's videos and have your mentality of judging it because they didn't get massive pecs and called it bad content, wouldn't you think that's wrong?
The fitness industry is full of shady influencers who push products to make money, that is true, they overstate the usefulness of said products, but in the end of the day, there are plenty of other influencers out there explaining how those supplements are for that peak 1% to 2% extra gain for athletes that know their macros and are doing everything right. Making clickbait titles though has been proven to get these people more views, and since that is the business they are in, I think its rational for them to use them. As long as you aren't getting rick rolled and the video does pertain to what the title states, what's wrong with it really?

After a hard week in work night shifts of 16hours and bad sleep i did:
2 Rounds ate 42:50.
The plan was to do 3R but i only did 2R .
Very hard train but next week i will do 3R.
My kettlebells was 8kg + 8kg each hand.
Looks like tomorrow's training is planned for me, can't wait to test myself with this! 👍💪🤘

I have been exercising 5-7 days a week year round for over 10 years. I have recently turned 43 and for the last 5 months have incorporated your workouts. I just love the burpee. I have done some hard workouts in my time but your workouts are something else. Anyway.... Today I attempted this workout and it was so tough but I got it done in 65 min. Thanks for the great routines and the motivation Iron Wolf.
Even after doing the July challenge I still struggled with this one, and like the wolf says it's good to mix things up and stay fresh, salute

I am glad to see that there is no hate on using pushup bars. I been using them for a while but mine is a recovered piece of wood from a pallet at a construction site. Works well.
I'm finding the push up bars much easier on my wrists. Laying my hands flat on the floor puts more strain on my wrist
Did this tonight and kept up with Art all the way apart from a 60 second pause before the final round. Brutal.
First time i'm trying to do this routine, i can do two rounds, and my goal is to add one round every weeks or two weeks, i'm doing knee push ups or burp push ups to keep going since i do deeper push with two "one-hand push up bar".

I started training with wolf about 6 months ago doing his various workouts 4/5 times a week .started really slow as I was so unfit.
can manage to do 250 / 300 6 count burpees in a session.
tried this workout today and have to say I found it really.tough .
only.managed to do 3 rounds .but really.liked the variation of it .

Well he is technically an active Marine so he can't be doing other official work because he is currently under the government payroll. Not until he retires I guess
I’ve only reach intermediate level during the July challenge, and this workout is a killer. I’m still weak shit. Last week, I could only do 1 round. This week, my muscles started to pull halfway through the 2nd round. I really do have to build this us a week at a time. I hope I can finish 5 rounds by the time the September challenge starts.
