    9 large egg whites
    1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar
    1/2 cup of sugar
    6 large egg yolks
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1/2 teaspoon of coconut extract
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    1 1/2 teaspoons of pandan paste
    1/4 cup of milk
    1/4 cup of whipping cream
    3/4 cup of vegetable oil
    1 1/4 cups of cake and pastry flour
    1/2 teaspoon of salt

    how do u keep it from DEFLATING mine comes out good but deflates while it cools

      That's why we cool it upside down to prevent it from sinking and deflating.
