Love this one. FWIW, I would consider Five Guys and Mooyah to both be smash burgers with extra steps (toppings.) I was thrilled when Shake Shack finally made it to Texas, but I think we were already doing pretty good with the other two.
That makes sense! Mooyah used to be the fancy nearby go-to cause the 5-guys was further away. Agree with you on Shake Shack, my wife and I were super pumped when it came to Dallas. I know they're frozen, but I love their cheese fries so much.

I always wondered how Mooyah got away with basically being a Five Guys clone before Five Guys finally got here. We used to go to the one in Plano all the way from the far end of Frisco every week because they were so unique.
I just found your channel! I saw a Five Guys Grilled Cheeseburger in another video and it looked super delicious, but I don't have a Five Guys anywhere near me. So I decided to look up how to make one myself, and your video seems perfect for it! Keeps it simple, shows exactly what we need to do, I can't wait to try it!
