Mawmaw makes the absolute best biscuits, so you're gonna want this recipe. They're crispy on the bottom but fluffy and tender in the middle. The biscuits themselves really only require 3 ingredients, so they're super simple. I'm brazilian and my course is English, our professor asked us to bring any traditional north American dish so we can share and I just happened to find you mac n cheese video! I always wanted to try it and I'll bring some to class, it looks absolutely delicious, ty! :)
But how do you clean your towels? I feel like food spoiled towels shouldn't go in the washer?
This may not be totally right, but I always just toss them in the wash like normal. I try to keep them in their own batch so they aren’t with my shirts, but I just chuck them in the washer
How soon after they get dirty do you wash them is it a daily thing a weekly thing? I started piling mine and just wash them weekly ofcourse i get a clean towel every day.

Measurements for the seasonings?
I almost never measure my seasonings, because it honestly depends on the day/ mood that I'm in. I usually cook based on taste/ feel which is pretty tough to measure. For the cumin and oregano, I usually just do a small pinch of both, probably less than a gram of each. The cumin can be overpowering if there's too much of it, same with the oregano.

I've been clicking through your channel and it's INCREDIBLE! I'm a big Ramen fan, but I have an issue with Soy. I don't want to call it an allergy per se, it just makes me really sick. Soy sauce, Soy Milk, and Miso all trigger it. Anytime I have proper ramen, I'm condemning myself to take the next day off in bed, and honestly I love it enough it's worth it sometimes. SO I was curious if you'd be willing to take a stab (and potentially do a video!) on a soy free Ramen. Bonus points if it's also NOT spicy. Love what you're doing here man <3

Whichever you’ve got should honestly work! Lao Gan ma would be a great option, I’d recommend using mostly the oil rather than the crunchy bits though
