If you’re that poor I imagine all that aluminum foil will also be impossible to afford. Yikes.
call me crazy but i think i would have putt a bit of baking powder in it to make sure of the fluff
steam puddings are not like a sponge by nature..they have a heavier texture...but go for it and see how it turns out👍
I am a terrible cook and appreciate easy-to-make treats. Thinking about using orange marmalade and perhaps putting orange zest in the batter. 👍
A bit of waxed paper, grease proof paper? Will safe your hands from getting buttery and is a bit more hygienic 😁 great recipe btw!
A string sling will make it easy to remove from the pot.
