I used to drive thru Las Cruces on road trips from home in Las Vegas NV (25 years). I loved the view coming down I-10 - the postcard shot - every time I came thru. @@AdventuresofAplusK Rough plan but I'm stopping in Aurora, Texas to Visit the Alien Ted's gravesite, then to Roswell, NM, White Sands(possibly Carlsbad Caverns after watching your video), Stay in Las Cruces, go to Riverbend Hotsprings in the morning, Very Large Array, Petrified Forest, stay in Flagstaff, visit Grand Canyon/ hangout in that general area for two days, Joshua tree and then final stretch on the PCH. Any tips appreciated but I imagine I'll find some great ones going through your vids! Definitely buying an Annual pass per your recommendation. Peace!
That plan sounds amazing!!! We spent some time at the Grand Canyon and did a road trip to Texas from WA and stopped on the California Coast (our fav!) and AZ then as well. If you have some extra time around the Grand Canyon we highly recommend a day or two in Page to see Horseshoe Bend and Canyon X!
Kudos to you for crafting such an exceptional video! 🎥🌟 The way you presented the information was captivating and engaging. It's no wonder that Las Cruces is attracting so many incredible people from all walks of life. The city is evolving into a vibrant melting pot of cultures and ideas, and it's a joy to witness. It's a testament to the exciting future that awaits those lucky enough to call Las Cruces home.
My 6-year old who watches your videos with me at bedtime, thought the caverns were EXTRA cool today because you had been there. (He's also taken to describing all his meals "like A+K do." Everything is "pillowy"!)
Wow last night I saw your great video in St Augustine, Fl where I lived 23 years and now I see you at the White Sands which is a great place and your shots were excellent, by the way I now live in Albuquerque so I can visit this place quite often, by the way you could of slide down the dunes on a big trash bag :) food for thought

So I know you guys went here a while back, but this just came up in my feed. If you ever come again, when you go to Carlsbad, you dont have to go through Texas necessarily. Just a pro tip. Awesome video though

It’s so beautiful!
Loved it. Great information 👍 😊 and brilliantly edited. Wish you both lots more success in 2020.
Thanks so much Don! 🙌🏼🤗 Happy (almost) New Year! 🎉
You guys are getting so good at describing your food! Nice video! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you!
Thank you! We’ve been trying to work on describing things better (and learning new words lol!) We hope you have a very merry Christmas!
@@AdventuresofAplusK not sure if you what The Endless adventure but Eric and Allison are good at describing food. Maybe you could "borrow" some of their words! LOL
So funny you say that because they inspired us to get better at it! And Adam 100% accidentally copied one of their reactions in our next vlog because we have been watching them so much 😂😬
Oh no!! Ya’ll should have went from Las Cruces to Cloudcroft, stopped and hiked a trail in the beautiful mountains, stayed the night at The Lodge, or just go eat dinner there, then on to Artesia and do the Bronze Statue tour (lots of hx), then on to Carlsbad!! Maybe next time.
Next time! We only have the weekends to explore, but will be back!
My husband is from Tatum NM and everyone in NM knows his cousin Brian Urlacher from Lovington. My husband has taken me all over NM including White Sands and Carlsbad and it is the Land Of Enchantment.
It sure is! Beautiful state!
That whole area looks amazing from the white sands to the caverns ! Looking forward to the next on 👍 have a great Christmas guys 👏👏👌
New Mexico is super underrated! We can’t wait to go back eventually and explore more. Have a wonderful holiday! Can’t wait to share some delicious Texas things soon 🙌🏼
Thank you guys for sharing your adventures. God bless🙏
Thank you so much for watching!
i’m from carlsbad, the caverns are awesome! i use to go just for the walk too😂
Seriously sooo mind blowing!!!
I'm in Carlsbad too.
Did u guys side track to Mesilla, NM if you didn't you miss out on the great new Mexican food at La posta, the historic picturesque Mesilla plaza, the Billy the kid gift shop, the hauntingly beautiful double eagle restaurant(yes, it's haunted), and the saintly basilica of San Albino, it's my hometown
Ah nice! We will have to try to stop by next time!
Thanks for showing my beautiful city, Alamogordo.Did you go to Cloudcroft which is 16 miles up 8,600 ft above sea level in the mountains temperature drop 20 degrees waterfalls are there. Also , Ruidoso lake , snow which is only 45 minutes away the Apache reservation is there it’s beautiful. Next visit. Look them up.
We haven’t made it there yet! That was the plan for this winter, but we wanted to respect NM’s travel restrictions, so we will save it for next year.
I live in Mesilla Park. Interesting how the YT algorithmn works. I forget how beautiful it is here -it takes a visitor to remind me!
We love when we can help a local remember how awesome their area is!
Sweet vid! I'm picking up and 80's Porsche 944 and doing a solo road trip from Southlake Texas back to Santa Cruz, California. Also, y'all too cute!
Ah nice!!! That is going to be epic! Where all do you plan to stop?
You guys are so fun! Thanks for the video, I’m in New Mexico now!
Thanks for the kind words Jonathan! Enjoy NM for us!
You should have driven through Alamogordo and Cloudcroft on your way to Carlsbad. The mountains are wonderful.
We hope to next time!
Great places to visit. I was at White Sands more. Love it.
It's a very cool place!
So awesome. Carlsbad Caverns looks amazing!
We are now reallyyyy into caverns! We want to do a tour where you crawl through them (or at least I do, not sure Adam is into the idea lol!)
Carlsbad caverns looks amazing! Definitely will put it on my bucket list.
It is absolutely wild! We had so many people tell us recently that Kartchner Caverns in Arizona is amazing too!
I live in cruces and im glad you had a blast
🙌🏼🙌🏼
We did Carslbad then White Sands in the same day. Both were amazing!
Nice! That's a solid day!
As if that weren't enough, the homes being built in Metro Verde and Sonoma Ranch are the epitome of elegance and luxury. It's a testament to the exciting future that awaits those lucky enough to call Las Cruces home.
Thank you!
I live in these areas :) so happy yall got to experience it! Been to them l I ke 100 times
New Mexico is gorgeous!
My 6-year old who watches your videos with me at bedtime, thought the caverns were EXTRA cool today because you had been there. (He's also taken to describing all his meals "like A+K do." Everything is "pillowy"!)
Hahaha how cute! This made our night! Tell him we said hello! 👋
Definitely need to make a trip out to New Mexico! Wow!! So cool.
New Mexico is SO underrated!
@@AdventuresofAplusK my dad has so many great stories from traveling in New Mexico! I can’t wait to go.
I have been to the Caverns, beautiful.
We LOVE them!
Oh man! We will have to bring a trash bag next time! White sands was amazing and we have spent a tiny bit of time in Albuquerque, but definitely want to spend more time in New Mexico!
@@AdventuresofAplusK It will be cheaper than the slider hehehehhe, New Mexico is awesome so much to see I am glad they keep it low key
James Quiroz O'Lara it seems like a very underrated state!
I live in Alamogordo right next to white sands is. Have only been once but it's pretty nice. And Carlsbad is also awesome.
It’s a really cool area!
It's called Fidello Loco. "Crazy Vermicelli" lol! Glad U enjoyed your trip
Love that translation!
Hey guy's hope you and your families have a great Christmas. Look forward to seeing heaps of vlogs next year 👍👍
Thank you Glenn, we hope you have a wonderful Christmas too! 🎄🥰 We are so excited to visit so many new places next year!
@@AdventuresofAplusK thanks guy's looking forward to seeing my daughter for Christmas but at the moment we have a few issues with bush fire's. There's currently a fire about 2.5klms from my house that has currently burnt out 1000000 acres but we'll get through that and look forward to better times. Take care guy's 👍
I have heard about the fires! So horrible! One of my coworkers is a volunteer firefighter in Australia and has been going out to help. Stay safe over there!
@@AdventuresofAplusK we would be absolutely screwed without the volunteer rural fire service unfortunately there have already been lot's of home's lost and 2 firefighters killed last night. I'm hopeful but it's pretty scary at the moment
That is horrible! Keeping y'all in our thoughts!
So I know you guys went here a while back, but this just came up in my feed. If you ever come again, when you go to Carlsbad, you dont have to go through Texas necessarily. You just go back over the mountains, pass White Sands into Alamogordo ( where I'm from ) and go through the mountains of Cloudcroft which is really pretty and just go straight until Artesia and continue east til Carlsbad. Just a pro tip. Awesome video though
I forget why we went the way we did, but it worked better for us at the time. We planned to go to Ruidoso and Cloudcroft this winter, but had to change our plans. Hopefully someday!
I love both towns. Ruidoso has much more than Cloudcroft, but they are both great in their own rights. Hope you guys get a chance to come through again
Hi, do we need a AWD car to go to this park? we are not planning to drive to the dunes but just in the highway and walk through the dunes.
