I've never done canning. I kind of want to try the um, well now I forget what it's called, method lol. But with jam and you don't use a pressure gadget or water bath. You just flip the jars upside down. Inversion canning? That might be it. Anyway, I haven't gotten around to it. I wanna find some yummy berries and make some jam and do try that method. But I do like your pressure canner. That's a pretty nice appliance to have. Especially when you have an amazing garden and will need something to do with all the goodies you grow. Oh and great step by step guide too!!
We open kettle our Jelly and you dont have to water bath or pressure can it. Jelly is easy and for someone wanting to start out that is a great go to, to begin with in the canning learning process.

You are very welcome. Is there anything particular you would like me to do?
@@BrittonFarmsHomestead no, just as you normally use your canner. I love the one meal in a jar like the beef stew you canned. Big hugs from SC! 💕🌷
