I didn't know I have a forehead until I left Rwanda 😂😹
hahaha
Hahah same until I left Burundi! 😉
Same here 🤣🤣
East African original mark 😂😭
Same I had no issues with it but now many ppl made me notice it
Forehead is a sign of royalty, the kings &queens had foreheads and they call them the foreheads of noble,it's also a crown of beauty,it shows a very clean face too.
Now i won't let anybody tease my huge forehead !! 👸🏾✨
East African we are not loud like our brothers and sisters in West Africa
Not true all ,ethiopan and kenyan are very loud😂
NOT TRUE ‼️ stop spreading lies and division with your ignorant generalization. Not all West Africans are loud nor does being west African equate to being loud . Stupid Man. Kmt
This “joke” is the kind of thing that creates genocides
Plz, Kenyan, Ethiopians, Somalis, and Ugandans are very loud. Eritrea & Tanzania is a sometimes but mostly quiet
West africans are mad Loud
thank you Theo,I developed a love of Rwanda once iv been there, nice people and I think I really love Rwanda, neighborhood, from Congo but actually not living in Congo, wherever I meet rwandese I meet my lovely brothers and sisters ♥♥love you guys
aaah thank you brother. 1❤️✌🏾
The English accent, no matter how good, will have a tint of French and kinyarwanda 😅😅😅😅 that's how I know my hommies😍😍😍 including you Theo... I could tell from your accent.
AAH really 🙈I didn't know i had an accent 😛
Yeah... you do. If only I could send an audio😅😅 but it's lovely 😘
And they rolled their ŕrrrrs. Instead of l they say r. Ex they won't say lake but rake. Lol. Am congolese but my maternal grandma is rwandese. Love you
I lov you
@@DignaK dygna i lov you so much, can you give me your email?
I found your channel by accident. But i also happen to have a lot of Rwandan friend here in South Korea. One time, one of my friends told me about the forehead thing. I didn't really notice it before she told me. Now, it's the first thing I notice! Great channel. Keep up the great work!
Yo, I’m rolling over here. 😂Thanks for the heads up. Looking to do business there in 2020.
loool I laughed so hard on this.. great video bro
I enjoyed this video!!! Especially the soft speaking part. I’m Tanzanian and I can’t wait to come to Rwanda!
My parents are Caribbean (Barbados)but from Uni up until now people always think I’m Rwandan to the point where I’m spoken to in Kinyarwanda. It’s great to look like somebody’s cousin in the Motherland.
haha, awesome
When I went to Rwanda for the first time in long while, people would stare at me for no reason and I couldn't understand why. In the UK where I live, if you stare at someone for an extend amount of time, you could easily cause an argument or even start a fight. So the British in me was very uncomfortable. I learned to tune it out though
Also, I can relate about the foreheads. I used to be self-concious about mine and my 'friends' would even tease me about it. But the time I went to Rwanda, I noticed that most of us do have big foreheads. Since then, I haven't been so insecure about mine. It's even a source of pride in a way
Yego 😁Proudly Rwandan. #rwandanbeauty
@@theoisback yes, always!
elle19ism 😂wlcm to the forehead community 😂
It's a crown of beauty,u guy go abroad and change to fit in that's why u end up forgetting who u are really.i don't get how someone would be insecure of a crown of beauty, and i bet those who tease you are simply jealous cus u are more beautiful than them.never forget to take pride in who you are otherwise u will allow someone to be ur judge when they are no bodies .
NICE.
Loved this video!!! 😁😁😁 I don't agree with the smiling bit but pretty accurate 😂😂😂
gheheh 😁
Great video man, great message.
thnx!
Thanks for sharing
My pleasure !
Am from Kenya., I just subscribed
Welcome!
I like the wa you talk about staring, and customer care!!! Biranyica byahatari🤣🤣🤣

Haha so funny, it's so good😂
I am a Gambian leaving in the United Kingdom I really love Rwanda I will be very happy to visit Rwanda one day ❤❤❤❤❤
welcome!
Rwanda beautiful country. I can't wait to visit that country soon though.
yes, welcome!
😂😂 I love you guys so much
I enjoyed this video. We moved to Rwanda in December 2021. I think that I’m getting used to the stares. The attire is like nice chic all the time - which is interesting for me ‘cause I ain’t trying to iron anything before going to the supermarket 😆. The whisper is a little rough so I find myself all leaned in. Y’all seem to like a stylish pair of shoes…especially, the men.
🤣🤣🤣😂😂 this was definetely interesting.... You did well...
Hahah, Thank you 😁
Very interesting
Very!
The point about staring makes sense now. Last time I was in Kigali I realized that almost everyone I passed-by stared at me.
yep, everyone gets stared at.
Thanks Theo, these tips helped me to understand why Rwandese speak softly. I asked a woman to read a scripture out loud during bible study and just like your demonstration her voice got lower and lower.
whaha, yes that is very Rwandan like! It's even more annoying if it's someone like your supervisor 😅
😅😂😂😂😂😂Ooo You good And Funny as hell U just gained a subcriber......I was always told the bycomefrom(diaspora people) as we call u,,, that i stare alot....I did not know
Haha welcome to the club
Love from India
🙏🏾❤️
Hi Theo, Great video. I was surprised to hear you say "grown ass men" because I always think this is an American slang expression. But I guess it is said everywhere now? I am an English teacher and I have to be careful because slang changes so quickly and I am always interested in what is current and what no one says anymore. I don't want to teach obsolete expressions and my students are often eager to learn the latest slang. thanks for a great video
hahah, yeah you have to stay up to date
Kbsa 😄👍
3:35 that’s my uncle in the black shirt🤣🤣
reallyy??😃
theoisback yes really😀
😆😆
I was dead for the first two 🤣 "NGEWE NTABWO mbyemera ko (mukorera ibyo'ngibyo)
hHahah
Hahaha I am laughing at my big forehead. I now understand why people in Congo quickly recognised my siblings and myself as Rwandans. It's so funny, my 8 months boy has his big forehead already. Thanks for sharing bro.
Hahah, yeah!!
😂😂😂 I like it
Hahah u had me going boy...where tf do u get all that true content bruh. A wanna meet u #kaciru niho mukavumo umusaza..lol
I get it from every where. You can find me at my gym any time, after the lockdown
@@theoisback where is that?

On being quiet and shy, the I think we can Ace there! When I came in Europe for the first time, I took a bus going school and 2 West Africans was talking and they were too much loud as if fighting, that passengers were staring and uncomfortable! And some friend I made told me that I was quite for an African 😂😂
whahah, yes i get that a lot too
Cus they do not know Afrikans.people might know one or two or 5 Afrikans and generalize the whole continent, lol that's one of the things i learned about western countries, they habe got too much ignorance and they do the same in their own countries, one says something and they make it sound as the whole race, group or gender is like that, lol
I think it's natural for people to stare. Some cultures, like in America, parents teach their children not to stare. Otherwise, I think they would too.
I guess, but Rwandans can overdo it 😄
Hi my name is makidar I found out that I'm Rwandan
Kera iwacu murugo ntamu numwe wabagaho atambaye ikariso lol 😀😀 I laughed my ass off

Theo you sure you're Rwandan your Kinyarwanda sounds weak
yes I am! Proudly
Big forehead, 😂😂😂mine you can measure it
hahah
Why do Rwandan stare like that? It's disturbing.
On my opinion they are frustrated by a totalitary governance that is why they are quiet.
culture ,
Start talking about another subject. You will never understand this one. It’s too complex for you.
thank you for your opinion
Your forehead
You told the truth you do have big foreheads
