  • In this video i go over my experience with Voromotors Los Angeles Customer Service Experience and give you my honest feedback.
    i hope you guys find the video useful and take my feedback as a customer
    in a way that can help you chose to make business with Voromotors or not. the choice is 100 percent yours.

    Man your right about Voro motor. They don’t know what they don’t know what they doing over unfortunately. They need to fix everything from there. They don’t want to look bad but they always look bad in my eyes

    I purchased a RS the wiring color coding is wrong on 2 wire connectors, dark blue and lite blue, one from the power control, the other to the video screen, I contacted voro motors several times and they said a tech would be in touch with me that was 10 days ago and I have never heard from anyone except the computer saying we see you are looking at a RS /scooter, really poor customer service, I figured out the wiring without there help, So if you get a RS midnight, you may have to connect the screen wire to mismatching color plugs, and the same for the power switch, lite blue to dark blue, I'm not sure if others have had this same issue, thanks for the informative videos, I like it's you being you and getting info to us, thanks again

      @TheWolfboy0000 thank you so much for the positive feedback, yeah i have to keep things 100% legit because people need to know the good and bad of every dealer specifically when buying scooters and getting after sales service and warranty parts.

    I recently won a an electric Scooter in a competition. I am also a heavy rider and your videos are very inspirational and gives me hope of shedding weight aswell to enjoy my scooter to its fullest potential. I am from South Africa 🇿🇦 and the electric scooters you have in the USA are far better than ours over here. I like your new faster scooter , it was so awesome to see you sliding through the traffic like a hot knife through butter 😂. Can I request of you to do a video of a steep uphill with your new scooter , sure looks like a powerful beast that 1. Thanks.

      Hi, thanks for commenting and im glad that you find my videos useful. Yeah i think i can find a good steep hill to go up with the scooter. It can handle a 40% incline from what it says on the manual though some other authorized dealers that sell the same scooter say it can do 50% of an incline. I feel like 50% is probably possible with a slim rider but not a heavy rider 😅

      @THEAVERAGEGUY1983 Unfortunately my electric scooter is struggling with steep inclines so I just walk beside it , the same advice you gave and I get some power back and the scooter cools down aswell.

    Oh man I hope they figure out that code/affiliate link issue. Shouldn’t be difficult for them to search orders by code used or referral link used. It’s all in a database somewhere.
    That’s awesome you have a scooter store in your area, especially from a large brand. If I want to see things in person here in AZ my best bet is Best Buy haha.

      Damn lol! Yeah i am lucky then. Best buy has a Super Limited amount of scooters on the sales floor. All the high end one are usually sold online only. Makes it hard to truly check a scooter out and see if its the right one for someone looking to buy. Returning a scooter if you are unhappy with it is super tough. 😅

    Worst experience still with them.
    They sent my gtr with the battery just thrown in the scooter damaging it.
    Then i needed a headlight replacement because it’s going out.. ordered it 2 months ago still haven’t received it. I had to get replacement chargers , took a month.
    I sent my RS back for repairs on their behalf, I paid for the repair fee. They sent back my scooter with no charger. Stating I didn’t send it in, yet they sent the cable that was connected to the charger back to me.. they lied.
    Then when I requested a replacement charger , they want me to send the whole scooter back.. and canceled my charger order. I’m officially done with Voro from this point.

      I dont blame you for not wanting to do business with them after all those issues. This is something i hope others read too so they can see the good and bad of VoroMotors.

    Do you discover a different mudguard at the back wheel ? Like a Carbon Revo mudguard? What can we install to the back tire? A different mudguard than the original?

      Hi, i havent discovered one yet. I would actually like a slightly longer front fender to cover up debree hitting the scooter more. I also im actually looking into switching the front amber markers on the deck to white leds but im having a bit of a hard time finding the bulbs in that color lol. I bought a stock amber light so i can take a closer look at it and see if i can just solder on a new LED but its sealed to reduce water from getting into the bulb 😅

      @@THEAVERAGEGUY1983 Nice to make some color 😁👍🏻 The reason is original back fender is not so stable I think. On hard rides especially. I’m searching for a more sturdy mudguard at the back

    I have a 4grand brand new broken scooter sitting here from them and they are just ghosting me. I was told they were ordering a new battery and that was over a month ago and they won't respond..... feels scammy to me and I don't know what to do.

      I definitely understand where you're coming from with this and the frustration. In all honesty the best thing to do is to keep bugging their ass, i know that its stupid to have to go out of your way and have to do that but it seems liek they need to be hounded in order to get things done.
      Like i mentioned in the video, try to see if you can get in touch with Ryan the Manager of VoroMotors and ask if the battery for your scooter is back in stock and if so can they ship one to you so that you can get your scooter running again. The fact that i had to show up to their store to ensure i would get my correct parts under the agreement and not get the runaround was pretty inconvenient because not everyone can do that specially if you live too far from VoroMotors or worse out of state. You then have to depend on these dudes to eventually respond to your emails, text messages or phone calls.

      See if you can get a full refund if it isn't too late. My GTR was messed up immediately out of the box. Spoke with Melvin and he honored a full refund for me. Even the return process was a hot mess and took longer than it should have. Never again and unfortunately I never got a gtr again the right way

      Jeaus i placed the order for the Midnight RS and cancelled it once i had like a week emailing them when my scooter would be available, the reason why i cancelled the order all the run around i spoke to a few ppl and they were like they have one in stock to ship to me, then a week pass and still nothing. I cant deal with companies like that. Like you have to be on top of them, mind you your are the one that is buying the product. Poor customer service in my little experience i had.

    Where can you buy the brake pads?

      Hi, here is a link for the brake pads. The brake pads will always wear out first before the brake rotors. Also the ones here on amazon is much cheaper than VoroMotors and you get 2 pairs for the current price. 😁👍
