  • When you notice you're in the midst of emotional waves of stress, "drop your anchor" and go deep beneath the turbulance where it's calm and peaceful. Even in the strongest of storms with huge crashing waves on the surface of the water, deep below the waves, the water is very calm and still. Practice slow, deep, calming breaths to take change how you feel.
