So far, between the edp and the edt, I'm leaning more towards the edp. I feel like the edt has more lavender as a prominent note. I plan to compare the the two to see which onw I'll keep.

I blind bought the 100ml Mon Guerlain intense during the Sephora sale and oh my goodness 😍😍😍 I tried it, tested it on my mom and immediately bought my back up bottle!! I always buy the intense versions and it works for me, I really love the amplified notes. This is something I always plan to keep in my collection, truly an elegant and classic perfume ♥️
Your set up, presentation, and commentary are so refreshing and lovely, thank you kindly
I seriously was expecting to absolutely hate mon Guerlain but I purchased a sample to try it out and I’m completely in love
I have the Mon Guerlain Sensualle edp flanker. I like it way more than the pillar. Great comparison video! 💕👍
I love Mon Guerlain, such an elegant perfume line. The bottles are so classy. My favorite is the Eau de Parfume.
I have the EDP and the Intense version, and I love them both. The EDP did have to grow on me too. I bought it in the winter, and it wasn’t really working, so I pulled it out in Spring and fell completely in love with it. I’ve gone through a bottle & a half already and half a bottle of the Intense. I don’t get the white chocolate note that you do, just a really fluffy vanilla, and I get a lot more of the patchouli. I don’t really get patchouli in the original.

Can I use mon in the summer? Or is it not good /too sweet for sommer
@@thuvo5167 in the summer, when it is hot, I use Mon Guerlain Intense - it is more fresh. Mon Guerlain EDP is a little sweet, so I can use this perfumes all around year, but when the temperature is very high I prefer more fresh scent.
Ugh you are making me want to intense version lol. I have had my eye on it since I saw it was rated #1 women's perfume of 2019 on fragrantica!

I blind bought mon guerlain a few days ago right before the stores open here in Australia, I was in store today and tried the sample of mon guerlain edp and I really liked it, I can’t wait for it to arrive so I can wear it. I just watched your “chloe “ video and you mentioned that Chloé absolu edp has patchouli in it and I tried that perfume today and I wasn’t a big fan . Funny that mon guerlain edp also has patchouli in it but I actually really like it. I guess it’s all comes down to the formulation. Thanks for putting notes on the screen and awesome video as always

Mon Guerlain in general never piqued my interest but when you described the intense you said the magic word.. Gourmand!

This has been real helpful...thank you. Wish I can be extravagant and get all three versions but since I'm mainly looking for a new day scent, I'll go for the EDT for the time being. I quite like the Florale as well but most people say the original is better.

To me, Lalique Satine is a cheapie alternative to the original Mon Guerlain but I don't know if anyone else has smelled this similarity.

Does the mon guerlain edp intense have a good sillage and projection ? And is it long lasting ?
I have and love the EDP best.
I have the EDT and I adore the the opening but it's shame that it is more floral-vanilla rather than woody-vanilla. I'm not a fan of vanilla floral combination. I usually do prefer spicy vanilla or woody vanilla. I find the EDT have a very prominent ylang-ylang note which make this very floral to me. I'd love to try the other version as well. Which one of the bunch has less/light floral?
Also, am I the only one that smell the resemblance between the Mon Guerlain EDT to Alien eau Extraordinaire? Personally I liked MG EDT better bcs it doesn't have that mentholly smell from AEE.
I do like mon guerlain edp sadly it doesn't last on me for more than an hour or two... happy it worked out for you though...

I own only the version edt , it’s so beautifful and super for spring/summer . I want buy version EDP also after summer because EDP is better for auttum/winter in my opinion 😊.

The last version is also really. The rose is more the star of the show, I think it doesn't even have lavender. It's nice but loosing a bit of Mon Guerlain DNA I would say.

Awe thank you so much! The last version definitely still have lavender if you look up the notes, but I know what you mean, it does take a back seat compared to the Tonka and vanilla.

What are your thoughts on people saying this is an "old lady" or mature fragrance? I'm tempted to get it but I don't want fragrances with DNA similar to the ones fragrances had 30 years ago. Thanks ❤️

Is the florale longlasting too? I read more negative about the florale... and I also love mon edp..

I think I did mention that but the EDT is better for warmer weather, the intense definitely night time or fall/winter, the EDP I feel can transition nicely between the two but still to me more of a cooler weather fragrance!

Is the edt good for Sommer and is longlasting too? I have the edp but for Sommer is that to sweet for me... but I don’t know is the edt longlasting?
@@thuvo5167 The EDT is lighter and nice for spring / summer because of the added citrus. I find it lasts about 5-6 hrs on me.
I'm a Man and wear the intense version. Love it, people will stop you.

Just purchased the newer Bloom of Rose edp and stumbled upon this video. I think it's the most wearable for me day-to-day, have you tried it? I would highly recommend. I still believe the original is a masterpiece but more of an occasion fragrance for me personally.
I’ve only smelled it on paper not on skin or clothes, I definitely need to get my hands on it. I agree the original for me feels more like date night or evening for sure. I like the florale for day to day. You’re probably right about the bloom of rose! I didn’t love it in store but maybe at home I would:)
I own Mon Guerlain edp and edt, edp is better IMO, I'm planning to buy others too- Florale, Bloom of Rose edp, which is mmmmm so good, Intense is only one I haven't tried yet

I don't like the smell of rose, BUT... when I smelled the Mon Guerlain Bloom of Rose, I immediately felt like I was near a very clean and crystal blue ocean surrounded by beautiful and great smelling roses.

While the edp smells lovely, I think it smells too mature (and I'm in my late 40s). Will try the intense.

I love the edt more because it's lighter and easier to wear but for evening outing the edp is perfect. I haven't had the chance to sniff the intense and I haven't seen it in Australia.

Yes you can not it’s not as prominent. The intense has the most vanilla which I love!:)

They are quite different but the two must haves I would say are the EDP and Intense. The EDT won’t last as long and the Intense is so gorgeous, but I can’t live without the EDP.:)

Marija Inga im not sure if I would repurchase mostly just because I want to try all the perfumes. I’d prob go for another flanker like Floral next. But it’s a very fresh citrus scent and I like it a lot.

Is the mon gurelain edt has longevity and how about the original one.
The EDT is surprisingly not bad. I wore it just the other day and I was impressed by how long it lasted for an EDT; 4 to 5 solid hours and fairly good sillage. The EDP is better; sillage way better and lasts about 10/11 hours for me

How long do they last?
They all have pretty good performance but the intense lasts longer. I’d say 5 to 6 hours for the EDP and 8 for the intense
Which one is the most long lasting?
the intense I find to be the longest lasting. This video was made quite a while ago when I was still very new to the game, I have since tired the Bloom of Rose and Florale, I still think the intense lasts the longest.

It comes in EDT and EDP no difference in the smell but I assume the EDP may last longer it's 👌👌👍
