I don’t care how “girly” chloe edp is. I’m a “masculine” guy and There was a time this was my signature office fragrance. And it’s also my most complimented fragrance. I don’t like how thick and cloying or ambroxan filled/spicey most of the men perfumes are. This one just smelled fresh and clean. And I’m actually watching reviews (10 years later) because i’m planning to repurchase it.

Chloe was my first designer fragrance that I got as a present 2 years ago. I wasn’t super all about it BUT. I gotten so many compliments from my male friend who couldn’t get over how good I smelled even though I didn’t smell it on me. It’s such a beautiful chic feminine fragrance. My boyfriend loves it on me too 💗
I haven’t smelled the Chloe absolue but the original EDP is my favorite. I think it’s very pleasing, lady like and polite. It lasts all day on me without being too strong. A perfect office fragrance.

The original Chloe is my mum’s signature. I can still smell it on her after many hours. I like it, but I love the Chloe nomade line. Especially the Nomade absolu, love it! ❤️❤️ Great video!
I tested Chloe EDP at a drugstore & as I was walking around, I kept getting whiffs of it & was floored by how fresh it smelled. I'd never purchased a perfume before, but knew I had to have it. SOOOO GOOD ❤️
Chloe EDP was gifted to me from a good friend in a small 30ml bottle. My usual perfume taste is a fruity scent or a gourmand scent, and I really disliked any floral notes; anything with ANY HINT OF FLORAL. I have to say, I didn’t like the scent immediately when I received it. I was hesitant and was thinking of gifting it to someone else, but then I forced myself to use it for a few days... It was not fun.. But then, one day, I somehow thought it smelled good. I hated florals but this smelled so nice to me somehow. And I used it for a long time, and I also experienced many things. Hard times, happy times. Now, I love it too, mostly because of the memories. Using a perfume from a friend, and a perfume that has been with you through difficult times... Brings back memories. And that’s why I also like Chloe EDP, what a sweet perfume. :)
The original Chloe edp is a beautiful masterpiece. Stunning - elegant classy & refined. I wear it everywhere: to the office for work, out to dinner/drinks, out and about with family-friends/on my own/with my dogs - just out and about in my general life. It’s not intense or overpowering but nor is it weak. It’s non-offensive and if anything it’s a safe scent, however that safeness creates & provides a high versatility factor - can be worn anywhere, anytime with zero offence. If your looking for a deep dark intense type of scent, look elsewhere, you won’t get that from Chloe. Chloe is: light, effervescent & carefree. I don’t favour floral perfumes normally - Christina Aguilera’s Inspire perfume was a white floral scent and I disliked it, but Chloe is one that I love and keep repurchasing. It’s one where if the bottle empties it has to be replaced. Chloe edp has some depth to it which I believe is because of the floral-wood-resin mix. I also get a touch of honey 🍯 in it which isn’t listed in fragrantica - it’s just simply stunning.
I just purchased the "New" Chloe and I am absolutely in love! Very fresh and clean and the reason why I will try the others in addition to purchasing a 2nd bottle of the original. I don't know how I went without it all these years.

Chloe is my FAVOURITE fragrance brand ever. The original edp is my signature but at special day I wear the absolu. I’m a little sad that you didn’t like the original edp so much. But as you said, I think you prefere more gourmand scent, which Chloe’s not
I love Chloe original and people can smell it on me when I can’t. I plan to pick up Chloe Nomad. Have you ever thought about mixing the Chloe’s? You can also layer it with the body lotion. So lovely and feminine!

I’m late to the game. But I recently discovered chole edp ( I ve always acknowledged it’s existence but never bothered to sniff it when I was in stores, for some reason , I pictured it to be like something quite strong like la vie est belle) and I immediately fell in love with it. I got a mini version and I even like to sniff it whenever I feel anxious thanks to lockdown , it really calms me down and I just love soft feminine scent . I tried the rose version today and I really like it but I felt it’s quite light and a little too light that the scent will disappear in a few mins.the absolu edp one is a bit strong for me , when I first sniffed the sample today , I thought it was off since it sat under the light in the store. Beautiful bottles
This is a very nice perfume. My wife bought it, and i told my wife when ever you want to visit your friends or family you wear this perfume and she has recieved compliments from friends. But she does not wear it for me when we want to spend time together, as this is not a seductive perfume.pretty much visiting friends or for any function.

To me, It is a big bubble where all the best memories, feelings, all the most precious experiences, all the beautiful people you crossed paths with, all the most lovely emotions are. If Chloe is discontinued....It will be like that bubble get punctured, and I will be sad. No more bubble for me. Honestly, every time I smell it, all those feelings, places, people, emotions come at once and Im happy. Now, I do own the absolu de perfume too, and I love it. But the EDP comes stronger and I love it. Nomade is fantastic too, Nomade absolu it is stronger and also brings childhood memories to me. Smells like my daddy closet where I use to hide just to smell it. As you see, Chloe is so special to me. And It last long on my skin. Funny, Im wearing it today in New York, just because I was deciding what to take on my vacations to Florida. I love love love your videos.

Cute tumbler! So I have been wanting the original chloe edp for about 15yrs now! I was walking through a mall and I walked pass a perfume seller person and they sprayed the little perfume tab and handed to me all while I was hurriedly walk pass. I put it in my bag and didn’t think anything of until I wen to get something out of my bag and I just could not stop sniffing my bag! Since then I haven’t forgotten that smell. I have smelled chloe since then and it doesn’t smell how I remembered😩 is still want it tho😅... thanks for the upload, love your vids.
oh nooo ... I hope they didn’t totally ruined the original Chloe. It was my absolute favorite, mainly because is such a fresh floral scent, but it used to last foreveeer on me. That made me sad 😔
I have the original Chloe edp , and its weird because mine is really sharp, and very distincable. I wouldn’t mix up its scent with any other perfume. I didn’t like it much when I first bought it, but now I really do, it smells really classy, and it seems to always remind me of the scent of a hotel... also when i wear it i do get compliments. I haven’t tried the other ones though.
I try the original Chloe and I agree with you. The scent it's so nice, so smooth. I really love it but its not long lasting in my skin. I feel so sad, I really like the scent but I don't like the performance in my skin.
Chloe does not perform long? I wor this fragrance almost 2 years everyday in the office. It was and still is my signiture scent and everyone in the other office spaces knew when I was there because they smelled it😅
@Michthalia Oh no. I haven't used it in a while but bought a new one a couple of months ago. I thought it didn't smell as strong or last as long. I hate when brands change the formula and seem to water it down. I suppose layering it with the body lotion with help.
I love Chloe eau de parfum. I was looking for a new signature scent and I purchased miss Dior blooming bouquet and Chloe eau de parfum. Chloe is a repurchase forever. Once the miss Dior is done I'm done with it.

Yes that what i was thinking, i smelled in the store on paper strip, it was so strong that it gave me headache let alone wearing on me. I will keep myself away from EDP signature.
Love the absolut, but my fave of ALL time was ‘Chloe Love” in the taller oval bottle with gold lid and a gold chain. It was discontinued and to this day I cannot find anything like it.

I think that by looking on the bootle you can assume straight away that it won't be heavy, deep scent. Chloe absolute on me is so intensive and long lasting. I can spray it 2 and it lasting all day. Most women, elegant, sexy perfume

My mum has the original which I borrow from time to time. I have the rose de Chloé and love it, but I prefer light floral and slightly powdery fragrances.
@@journeytoself8067 Glossier You and Bulgari Crystalline are some of my faves. Floral Street Wonderland Peony is a nice floral; not super powdery but it’s not a strong rose like some florals. Aerin also has some stronger powdery scenes, though I’ve only had samples

Roses de Chloe turn sour on my skin, unfortunately. :/ It almost feel like a sweat. Such a pitty cause it's nice and soft, gentle scent from the bottle.

I'm late to the Chloe game. A friend made it her signature brand so I was familiar with it but never really found something I really liked. Until recently, when things just clicked and I started buying full bottles. Nomade edp and edt are my favourites, absolutely divine. I also got the Nomade Absolu but it is much softer after the initial spiciness, and I am not 100% sure about it. But I want to have all the flankers and future editions, so I don't mind. The signature EDP is very pretty and lasts well on me, and I recently also got the Absolu. I can't detect a big difference between them. I really enjoy wearing both, they are pretty and have a calming effect on me.

I get to smell Chloé EDP today, and all of a sudden the smell rung the bell. It was not something that new to my nose and actually then remembered that I had a 99% of similar fragrance from YVES Rocher Bonhuer which is worth $30 and i hate the most. It instantly gives me headaches. I love rose but something earthy like Atlier Cologne-Anonimye. I love the Rose and Oud in there very earthy and layered. So in my Opinion Chloé EDP os not worth the hype.🙏
Hmm it's been a while since I've smelled the original Chloe and I have to say now, my tastes have changed alot. I actually really like all of the Chloe fragrances now, where, when I made this video, I didn't. I can't say right off the top of my head which is a stronger rose scent but I'm willing to bet the Absolu because the original has alot of other notes going on in it that may drown out that rose a bit.

I love Chloé love story. Other People can always smell your Perfume even when you can't. Doesn't matter which Perfume you're wearing.

Chloe smells pretty, I wear it on special occasions or as a pick me up on days I need an extra confidence boost. It's ultra feminine.
So far I own just the Chloe Nomade. I haven’t smelled all the over ones. They’re on my bucket list for new year I guess!❤️

I think that by looking on the bootle you can assume straight away that it won't be heavy, deep scent. Chloe absolute on me is so intensive and long lasting. I can spray it 2 and it lasting all day. Most women, elegant, sexy perfume
Nomade is my favorite chloe smell(im not a HUGE fan of the others, but haven't smelled them all)

for me, lighter fragrances like chloe are my go to because since my nose is a little sensitive, strong perfumes give me massive headaches

@@journeytoself8067 Glossier You and Bulgari Crystalline are some of my faves. Floral Street Wonderland Peony is a nice floral; not super powdery but it’s not a strong rose like some florals. Aerin also has some stronger powdery scenes, though I’ve only had samples

Roses de Chloe turn sour on my skin, unfortunately. :/ It almost feel like a sweat. Such a pitty cause it's nice and soft, gentle scent from the bottle.

I'm late to the Chloe game. A friend made it her signature brand so I was familiar with it but never really found something I really liked. Until recently, when things just clicked and I started buying full bottles. Nomade edp and edt are my favourites, absolutely divine. I also got the Nomade Absolu but it is much softer after the initial spiciness, and I am not 100% sure about it. But I want to have all the flankers and future editions, so I don't mind. The signature EDP is very pretty and lasts well on me, and I recently also got the Absolu. I can't detect a big difference between them. I really enjoy wearing both, they are pretty and have a calming effect on me.

I get to smell Chloé EDP today, and all of a sudden the smell rung the bell. It was not something that new to my nose and actually then remembered that I had a 99% of similar fragrance from YVES Rocher Bonhuer which is worth $30 and i hate the most. It instantly gives me headaches. I love rose but something earthy like Atlier Cologne-Anonimye. I love the Rose and Oud in there very earthy and layered. So in my Opinion Chloé EDP os not worth the hype.🙏

Chloe EDP and Chloe absolu de parfum, which has stronger rose scent?
Hmm it's been a while since I've smelled the original Chloe and I have to say now, my tastes have changed alot. I actually really like all of the Chloe fragrances now, where, when I made this video, I didn't. I can't say right off the top of my head which is a stronger rose scent but I'm willing to bet the Absolu because the original has alot of other notes going on in it that may drown out that rose a bit.
