  • 82 percent. That's the staggering result from a survey in which we asked our colleagues at monday.com if they ever experienced imposter syndrome. Some of them agreed to talk about it openly.
This video is the first episode of a series exploring the shared undercurrents that shape modern work life. We spend such a significant amount of our lives working, that it’s important to consider what it really means to us and how it affects our well-being, sense of fulfillment, and happiness.
We’d like to thank psychologists Mia Hacohen Jacobs and Tali Netzer from the EQL team, who worked closely with us and helped make this video possible.

After working for myself for years, covid has put me down on my knees and killed my industry. Looking to realign myself, I definitely suffer for imposter syndrome.
