    Master wong you have inspired me to start practicing wing chun again for fitness . I am 67 now and was a 1st Dan 50 years ago under professor Blundle in Liverpool UK

    I've heard when punching you should drive through your elbows. Is there any truth to this?
    Also I started Shiheng Yi 's Qi Gong coarse as well. I am excited to take my body to the next level 🙏.

    Sir in your old videos you told us tilt our body while punching and to relax the hand again and to keep the guard with the opposite hand.
