    Your demonstration is quite somewhat easy to follow as a beginner compared to the other video I’ve seen. More power to you Sifu. I’ll be more incline to follow your video instruction which I wish I’ve seen it long time ago.

    Hi David,, having done Praying Mantis for a while, it was good to try a more close distance style. I enjoyed the lesson on the different Wing Chun hand strikes which you kept interesting by striking at different heights and speeds.😃

    So I know I’m late to the party here, but I recently decided to start incorporating your workouts into my Muay Thai regimen and I have to say, even with an AMATEUR Muay Thai background here, this is surprisingly hard in the legs.       This is teaching you proper technique. Why must people always have to look at people that are trying like this humble human being is to humiliate him by this negative comment.       Mr C no it’s not for endurance. Wing Chun is useless. It’s been proven. There’s plenty of videos out there of so called “wing Chun masters” getting there ass handed to them. Wing chun is trash.
