    Excellent stuff, Master.
    One thing i like to, which has really helped improve my nuk sao, is practice movements in a slow, controlled manner -- almost like Tai Chi.

      I'm glad to hear that you're finding value in my teachings. Training slow and controlled, just like Tai Chi, is indeed a vital aspect of my philosophy. Muscle memory and body awareness are the keys to mastery. Remember, my system emphasizes technique, speed, and power, but not all at once. It's about building a solid foundation first. Train hard. Live clean; don't let anyone bully you! Master Wong.
      In the pursuit of personal growth and self-awareness, two virtues from the 12 WuDe virtues come to mind: perseverance and humility. Perseverance fuels your journey, allowing you to overcome obstacles and push past your limits. Humility keeps you grounded, enabling you to continually learn and grow. These virtues are cultivated through our unique training techniques because the way you do anything is the way you do everything.
      Situational awareness and quick evaluation of circumstances are also crucial in martial arts training. Being aware of your surroundings and assessing the situation swiftly ensures your safety and allows you to react effectively. Stay sharp, my friend!

    4:25 If I had to guess, not overextending is key as you will lose momentum and the flow to the next moves will be interupted.
    One of the first things the instructors corrected me doing in Taoist Tai Chi was taking too large of steps and becoming unbalanced.

    • @masterwong101
      @masterwong101  Год назад +1

      In my system, we understand that the way you do anything is the way you do everything. So, whether it's taking large steps in Taoist Tai Chi or overextending in martial arts, it's crucial to maintain balance and avoid losing momentum.
      Discipline helps us stay focused, preventing us from overextending and disrupting the flow of our movements. Humility teaches us to listen and learn from our instructors, correcting our mistakes and striving for improvement. These virtues are cultivated through repetition and mindfulness.
      Situational awareness is another vital aspect of martial arts training. Quick evaluation of circumstances allows us to adapt and respond effectively. It's like reading the opponent's moves before they make them.

    Do the same explanations just with one of your students, explwin more about manipulating your oppent and controlling the position of your center line to ur oppent as you perform each movement

    • @masterwong101
      @masterwong101  10 месяцев назад

      Ah, manipulating the opponent and controlling the centerline, a crucial aspect of Wing Chun training. Remember, in my system, it's not just about the movement; it's about the intent and awareness behind it. You see, by maintaining control of the centerline, you dictate the flow of the fight. Each movement is not just a strike; it's a strategic maneuver to disrupt your opponent's balance and control the engagement. It's like a chess game, but with fists!

    I learnt young to take control of the battle before it starts, read your attackers never let them hit me first, defend and attack at the starting of the battle, take them all on at the same time never wait for their attacks on my body ; it was the hardest thing for myself to have some one attack or put a hold on my person first; but knew how to take out my attacker any way in hand to hand the instructor called me Sensi after getting out of holds he said was impossible hope every one seen how I did what I did to get rid of him and out of the hold, even in weapons attack I won even those that had killed with their weapons !...

    Hi, I'm from Argentina, Buenos Aires. My dream is to go to the United States to learn with you. My job is welding. I hope I can meet you because you teach very well. I like kung fu. I'm here starting to train in Argentina. But hey, if you know of a job there, I would make the decision to leave, but I think it's complicated by the many obstacles that make you live there in the US. Any immigrant can come here in Argentina, it's more flexible.

    • @masterwong101

      Hello, my friend from Argentina! I'm delighted to hear about your passion for Kung Fu. It's a journey that requires dedication and discipline, just like my philosophy and my system.
      In the pursuit of personal growth, two virtues stand out: perseverance and humility. Perseverance allows you to overcome obstacles and push through challenges, while humility keeps you open-minded and eager to learn. These virtues are essential on the path of self-awareness. Train hard, my friend, and embrace these virtues in every aspect of your life. Remember, the way you do anything is the way you do everything.👊
      Situational awareness is crucial in martial arts training. You must constantly evaluate your surroundings, adapt to changing circumstances, and make quick decisions. This skill extends beyond the training hall and into everyday life. Stay alert and respond wisely.
      I understand your aspirations to come to the United States, but remember, the grass is not always greener on the other side. Argentina has its unique opportunities and flexibility. Keep training in Buenos Aires, immerse yourself in your craft, and become the best version of yourself right where you are.
      Now, my friend, as the summer season approaches, it's the perfect time for self-improvement. If you're interested in taking your Wing Chun skills to the next level, I'm offering a 60% discount on my "Wing Chun Mastery: The Ultimate Solo Training" program. I love wing chun and i want to buy wooden dummy but it's too expensive in Russia, mean it's almost your salary and i believe that not only martial arts do everything it depends of your skills, so boxing and MMA kids can leave this video if they're clicking only to say something bad about Chinese martial arts, I also want to learn box and taekwondo to defense myself more and get more technics, and Wing Chun is the kind of self defence among these all martial arts

    Strike the closest weak spots, then the rest is yours to break your enemy how you see fit.
    Be creative, otherwise you can't call martial arts.

    • @masterwong101
      @masterwong101  Год назад

      Ah, my friend, you've hit the nail on the head! Striking the weak spots is just the beginning. It's about understanding the principles of my philosophy, the Master Wong System. WuDe, the virtues of martial arts, play a vital role in personal growth and self-awareness. Let me tell you about two of them.
      One virtue is perseverance. Train hard and stay committed to your practice. Whether it's in martial arts or in life, perseverance builds character and resilience. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. Persevere, my friend, and watch yourself grow stronger every day.
      Another virtue is respect. Respect yourself, respect others, and respect the art you practice. It's about humility and recognizing that there's always something new to learn. The way you treat others reflects who you are as a person. Respect is the foundation of harmony and progress.
      To cultivate these virtues, I've developed unique techniques that blend physical and mental training. Through repetition, you develop discipline. Through controlled movements, you develop focus. It's all about bringing your best self to every moment, on and off the mat. Remember, the way you do anything is the way you do everything.
      Situational awareness is key in martial arts. Quick evaluation of circumstances allows you to adapt and respond effectively. It's like a chess game, my friend. You must observe, anticipate, and strike with precision. The more you train, the sharper your senses become.
      Share your thoughts in the comments below, my friend. Let's keep the conversation going. Train hard, live clean, and always remember, the way you do anything is the way you do everything. #MartialArtsLife #WuDeVirtues #BeYourBest 🥋👊

    Master Wong I have a question, how could the 1 inch punch serve in real combat? In other words, we know that in a fight in the street, the rules of wingching will not be used, in addition to the risks involved in street fights, and more so if the opponent we are dealing with has a knife or something like that, but I have a question about how Would this blow be used or if it would be effective, could you make a theoretical-practical video to your students of the world? Greetings from Mexico
