    i would like to comment on counterattack from the punch technique. Master Wong is the strongest teacher - one of the strongest because he practices a lot kung fu, but this technique will not work if you first of all don't practice it at least 5000 times in your training. this technique is meaningless if you (visitor of this channel) don’t know how to punch or kick and don’t know where to hit. but this technique makes sense if you can hit his knee or grab his elbow. it's a little complicated because of its simplicity. thank you for technique, it's a good technique from your perspective even if people need to practices a lot. thanks a lot for videos.

    I like doing grip strengtn training from kungfu like sand bucket training and finger tip push ups and wrist push ups so i can work on the wing chun movements
