- Master Wong demonstrates the mechanics. In Wing Chun, we focus on low kicks, designed to attack the legs and lower body of the opponent. These kicks are quick, powerful, and quickly executed, even in close-quarters combat. Our kicking techniques are also trained in combination with other elements of Wing Chun, such as trapping hands and punches, to create a seamless and devastating attack.
Low kicks are critical to Wing Chun because they can quickly debilitate opponents and remove their mobility. This allows us to maintain control of the fight and strike at will.
Through consistent training in our kicking techniques, we can effectively develop the skill and confidence to use them in close-quarters combat. In addition, I stress the importance of mastering these essential elements to my students.

Дядечке надо лучше тренировать базу. В мабу ступни не должны торчать в разные стороны и при исполнении хоудэнтуй опорная нога должна поворачиваться первой еще при выносе колена, обеспечивая лучшую опору по отношению к линии удара и создавая изначальное усилие. В пубу не нужно полностью выпрямлять неопорную ногу, это нужно делать только при упражнении на растяжку.
Потому как выпрямленная в колене нога при переносе на неё веса создаёт препятствие и задерживает движение. Кроме того, создаёт уязвимую сиутацию для колена самого принявшего этот шаг в таком виде при атаке противником.
