If you could do a demo and walkaround on the Pioner 14 active, that would be great. I am considering getting one for some near shore fishing (with console). I wonder if on what engine would the 14 achieve hull speed with 3 people on board. Do you need the 25 HP?

The helm needs to be further towards the front. This will help with planning if you are by yourself. I noticed at :59 seconds of the video the boat is no where near being on plane. A gust of wind could make this boat flip very easy.

This boat plane's extremely easiesly and has no problem planining with one person on board- this would only be a problem on a much smaller boat with a heavy outboard onboard. I appreciate your concerns but Pioner boats are tested to extreme safety regulations above and beyond the European standards and therefore are highly unlikley to 'flip.' Pioner are currently in the process of expanding into the US but the moment there is no confirmation of where/when. We have xported boats to the US in the past however, since COVID, shipping has been prohibitively expensive. Where in the US are you based? Kind regards, James
