As a shia the problem I see with this, is the use of one “shia” historian/book etc to generalise how all shia view the topic. half, if not the majority of the “shia” claims in this video would be laughed out of a shia mosque (or worse). for example, Ali (as) cursing a man using a derogatory term? The correct answer is neither. The people that avoided the fitna were the ones that were successful and that is why Ali wished he was dead before the fitna ever occurred.

I think you missed an important point why a lot of people believe Ali had a hand in the death of Uthamn. Because you mentioned Mohammad Ibn Abu Bakir being one of the main killers and the one that ordered the death of Uthamn. But you failed to mention that Mohammad Ibn Abu Bakir was raised and brought up by Ali because his mother when he was 2-3 years old married Ali. And this Mohammad Ibn Abu Bakir was made the Governor of Egypt by Ali.

Hello, some Shia people claim that Aisha RA hated Ali RA and that is why she went into war against Ali and that she had no relationship with Uthman so why avenge his death. what would be your response to them?
Even though I am from a Sunni family I am very sad that this battle took place between the fourth rightful caliph Sayyidina Ali(K.W) and the Mother of the Faithful Lady Aisha.What saddens me even more is that Talhah and Zubair turned their backs upon Sayyidina Ali(K.W).Talhah and Zubair were from amongst the early pioneers of Islam and they were great warriors on the battlefields during the lifetime of the prophet Muhammad S.A.W.This was a tragic battle because thousands of Muslims got killed on the battlefield. Sayyidina Ali(K.W.)was innocent of the tragic death of Sayyidina Uthman who was killed by so called Muslims while he was reading the Quran.

As a shia the problem I see with this, is the use of one “shia” historian/book etc to generalise how all shia view the topic. half, if not the majority of the “shia” claims in this video would be laughed out of a shia mosque (or worse). for example, Ali (as) cursing a man using a derogatory term? Shia hold Ali (as) to honorable standards, and that is not honorable by any means. chastise the individual writers, not the sect.

Because you mentioned Mohammad Ibn Abu Bakir being one of the main killers and the one that ordered the death of Uthamn. But you failed to mention that Mohammad Ibn Abu Bakir was raised and brought up by Ali because his mother when he was 2-3 years old married Ali. Even though I am from a Sunni family I am very sad that this battle took place between the fourth rightful caliph Sayyidina Ali(K.W) and the Mother of the Faithful Lady Aisha.What saddens me even more is that Talhah and Zubair turned their backs upon Sayyidina Ali(K.W).Talhah and Zubair were from amongst the early pioneers of Islam and they were great warriors on the battlefields during the lifetime of the prophet Muhammad S.A.W.This was a tragic battle because thousands of Muslims got killed on the battlefield. Sayyidina Ali(K.W.)was innocent of the tragic death of Sayyidina Uthman who was killed by so called Muslims while he was reading the Quran.
