@J Knox If you read what I said to seek understanding or even actually fathom what I wrote, you'd see that I'm referring to sunni sources as evidence to back our case. Also, I urge you to take a delve in history from a critical perspective with the intention of seeking knowledge and in shaa allah you'll see why we do not accept many of those hadiths. Much of this is due to the political involvement and influence of many hadith narrators which seem skewed towards a set narrative. An example of this is abu Huraira, who narrates around 5,000 hadith although only spending around 2 years around the prohpet (saww). I got love for my sunni brothers and I almost became sunni at one point but im telling you bro, if you truly read into this with, in shaa allah, a pure intention to seek knowledge and seek to understand rather than to undermine, you will get a different perspective of the followers of the ahlulbayt, in shaa allah Salam alaikum

[Quran 29:2] This was the same case in the time of Lut (as) when he was married to a Kafir who was a pimpess who would go to the top of her house and whistle calling people to sodomise with Lut’s guests, Allah (SWT) wanted to test who would obey Allah (SWT) through Lut (as) and who would obey his Kafir wife. Also from the hadith it’s clear that "and in the Hereafter" was added by the narrator as how would Ammar (ra) know that she will be his wife in the hereafter? How could Ammar take an oath swearing in the name of Allah (SWT) about something he did not know? Did he have a verse from the book of God? Or was it a covenant promised to him by the Prophet (saww)? On an illogical monkey accepts that all Sahaba were equally good, that Ammar bin Yasser (ra) and Muawiya (la) is also good, that Abu Sufyan (la) and Salman (as) are equally good. That Muhammad bin Abi Bakr (ra and la on Abu Bakr) and Uthman (la) are equal in Iman. No matter how much you practice Islam you will never reach the iman of Abu Sufyan and Hind (la) because they are sahaba.

I attended a shia mosque on the day of Ashura. There was a sacred place in the Temple ( or they also call them Mosques) where people who had punished themselves and blood was oozing were taken. People came in but l was stopped. I suspect that the person who stopped me noticed that l didn't know how the rituals were proceeding. But my question is, do shia have saints like Christians? Was that place reserved for saints and that is why l was not allowed in?

An amasing situation indeed. Hazrat Ali, when faced against a Prophet's wife, absolutely does not hesitate to allow 'truth' to prevail. Absolutely does not hesitate to protect the people, as a leader should rightly do. Finishes the job, as one should rightly do.... .... but when it came to an opponent who was even more worthy of being stopped in his tracks. An out right "rebel" as was claimed during that period, amasingly a couple of copies of the Quran on spears prevented a rightful and just victory over such an individual. It's so amasing that instead of the 'enemy' being an out right enemy, a massive portion of Hazrat Ali's comrades become the enemy and are consequently killed at a later stage... .... maybe I'll try that one of these days. This guy ( like most other shia speakers) project the non-shia followers as hardcore supporters of the Sahaba and making the non-shia look like they hate Ali. I agree there are some groups who go to an extreme supporting the sahaba ( some even go as far as supporting yazeed ). As a Muslim, it is important that you use common sense. Our Iman , our aqeedah and our love for ahle bait should not depend on the politics and stories written by some random guy narrating the incidents hundreds of years after an incident happened. Most of ( not all) incidents described by these speakers are coming from books whose sources can’t be trusted. Whatever happened between the Sahaba and Hazratb Ali will be dealt with on the day of judgement . Let’s not be the judge and pass these stories on to others. How will you justify yourself on the day of judgement when Allah asks you why you spread lies? End of the day they are Sahaba , they are humans not prophets. May Allah protect you from spreading false information.

After glorifying Allah and praising the HOLY PROPHET (s) let it be known to you that I am in receipt of your letter wherein you write to me that Almighty Allah selected MUHAMMAD (s), the holy prophet as the messenger of his revelations and helped those companions of the holy PROPHET (s) who sincerely exterted themselves to assist him. Is it not an irony of fate that circumstances have favours which Allah bestowed upon us and the Blessings CONFERRED by him upon his chosen prophet ( s) who was one of us. You have nothing to do with them and you have no share in his blessings and Favours. Your condition is like that of a man who carries dates to the date -growing districts or that if a man ' who tries to teach archery to the master from whom he has learnt the Art. You believe that the best of the people amongst the muslims are so and so and you have started discussing a subject ( superiority of muhajirs over Ansar) which if it is proved correct will not be of any use to you, will not enhance your status and if it is repudiated, this repudiation will not harm you because you are neither a muhajir nor Ansar. What have you to do with their affairs? You are a freed and liberated slave, and slaves and their sons, though freed and liberated cannot aspire to the status OF muhajir and Ansar and they have no right to introduce unholy classification amongst the muhajirs and Ansar. DO you realise your limitations? You do not belong to either group, you are a liberated slave and a son of liberated parents and you want to introduce an unhealthy division between these two groups the false status you have tried to grasp is not going to enhance your prestige ( before ALLAH or the people). Can you not think of remaining at the place where you old hostility towards islam and the holy PROPHET (s) has kept you? How is the lower status or defeat of one class or a person of that class, to whom you do not belong going to harm you and how is the success or higher status of the other going to do you good? You have gone astray from the straight path and from the teachings of Islam. Listen! I want to give you a short description of the blessings of ALLAH upon us. A party of muhajirs met martyrdom. They were killed in the cause of Islam and ALLAH. everyone of them was blessed by ALLAH with a status and rank. Out of them those who belonged to my family and tribe,Bani Hashim, were granted an excellent status By Allah. Hamza ( the uncle of the HOLY PROPHET)(s) and imam Ali (a)) received the title of chief of Martyrs ( sayyid al-shuhada). The HOLY PROPHET( s) himself called him by this name after his martyrdom and at his funeral ceremony. The HOLY PROPHET (s) recited takbir ( 'Allahu akbar ') seventy times as a mark of distinction for him, which is not for any other Muslim. Some muhajirs lost their hands in the battlefield but when one of us ( jafar, cousin of the HOLY PROPHET (s) and brother of of imam Alu (a)) lost both of his hands and died in the battlefield, ALLAH granted him angelic wings and the HOLY PROPHET (s) informed us that this martyr received the title of Tayyar ( one who flies in paradise). If Allah had not disapproved mans habit of eulogizing and praising himself, I would have given several such instances which speak of the enhancement of my prestige and status before ALLAH, instances which are accepted and can be testified by faithful Muslims about which the hearers will have no reason to doubt. Do not be like a man whom the Devil has laid astray . Accept the obvious truth when it faces you. Listen O' Mu'awiya! We( Ahlul Bayt.the progeny of the HOLY PROPHET (s) are unique examples of the creation of Allah. For such a status, we are not under obligation to any person or tribe but the Almighty Allah who granted us these blessings. Human beings have received an will receive perfection through us, The perpetual supremacy and inherent superiority do not prevent us from making contact with humans beings or with your clan, we have married amongst you and have established family connections with your (as well as with others) clan, though you do not belong to our class, How can you be our equal when the HOLY PROPHET (s) belongs to us and abu jahl, the worst enemy of Islam was from amongst you . Asadullah ( lit. " The lion of ALLAH " a title of imam Ali( a) is from amongst us, while Asadul Ahlaaf ( lion of the opposing groups, who had sworn to fight against Islam and the HOLY PROPHET (s) was from you. The two foremost leaders of the youth of paradise (imam Hasan (a) & imam Husayn (a)) are from us and the children of hell are from you. The best woman in the world ( title bestowed by ALLAH upon Fatima ( a)) the beloved DAUGHTER of the HOLY PROPHET (s) is from us, and the slander and the wood- carrying woman who tried to spend every hour of her life in doing harm to the HOLY PROPHET of islam( s), was your aunt. There are so many other things similar to to few mentioned which praise us and speak ill of your clan and which show how far and superior we are to you. We were faithful followers of the commandments of ALLAH and you and your clan always opposed Islam and accepted it out of sheer expediency simply to save yourselves from humiliation and disgrace Our sincerity in Islam and our services to its cause are the facts of history and history cannot deny your enmity against Islam and the HOLY PROPHET (s). The credit which you want to take away from us and the honour which you want to deprive us of is the one which the HOLY QURAN is carefully guarding for us . It says : " Some relatives are superior and have excellence over others, according to the book of ALLAH"( QURAN, 33:6 ) and in another place in the very same Boik, ALLAH informs mankind that: " The nearest people to Abraham, are those who follow the HOLY PROPHET (s,) and the true believers. ALLAH is the guardian of the true believers " ( QURAN, 2 : 68 . Therefore we hold two excellence: That of close relationship to the HOLY PROPHET ( S) and that of loyally accepting his teachings. Do you know in the day of saqifa, Muhajirs told Ansars that they were superior to them because they in one way or the other were, related to the HOLY PROPHET, (s) and therefore they deserved the caliphate and with the aid of this argument the muhajirs carried the day . If success can be achieved with the help of this argument and if it has got a grain of truth in it , then according it, we deserve the caliphate.
Letter 6 to muawiya verily those who took the Oath of allegiance to Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman have sworn allegiance to me. Now those who were present at the election have no right to go back against their Oaths of allegiance and those who were not present on the occasion Have no right to oppose me. And so far as shura ( limited franchise or selection) Was concerned it was supposed to be limited to Muhajirs and Ansars and it was also supposed That whosoever they selected, became caliph as per approval and pleasure of Allah. If somebody goes against such decision, then he should be persuaded to adopt the course followed by others, and if he refuses to fall in line with others , then war is the only course left open to be adopted against him and as he has refused to follow the course followed by the Muslims Allah will let him wander in the wilderness of his ignorance and schism. 'O muawiya! I am sure that if you give up self- aggradizement and self- interest, if you forsake the idea of being alive only to personal profits and pleasure, if you cease to be actuated solely by selfishness and if you ponder over the incident leading to the murder of uthman, you will realise that I cannot at all be held responsible for the affair and I am the least concerned with the episode. But it is a different thing that you create all these false rumours and carry on this this heinous propaganda to Gain your ulterior motives. First of all the first fitna in Islam is the killing of outhman R.a secondly the battle of Jamal started because there were some people of the khawarij in the army of Ali R.A that started shouting the arrows it was never ment to start a battle if Ali R.A saw Aisha R.A as an enemy why did he bring her back safely to Medina after the battle. At last abu bakr RA and Omar RA have nothing to do with the death of Fatima RA. I only watched 5:03 minutes of this video to come to this conclusions.

And so we were pleased to choose for our wordly affairs the same man that the Prophet was pleased to choose for our religious affairs. Thus it was that we put Abu Bakr forward for the Caliphate.❞ - Ali ibn Abi Talib (d. 40 AH) via At-Tabaqat 3/183 ❝A man said to Ali ibn Abi Talib: "We hear you say in your khutbah, 'O Allah! Grant us righteousness through the means you granted it to the rightly- guided caliphs'; who are these caliphs?" Ali’s eyes became wet with tears, and he said: "The are my beloved ones, Abu Bakr and Umar the exemplars of guidance, the sheikhs of Islam, the two notables of the tribe of Quraysh who deserved to be followed after the death of the Prophet (ﷺ). He who followed them is safeguarded, and anyone who treads their path is guided to the path of righteousness. A person who clings to them becomes a members of Allah’s party."❞ - Narrated Jaafar as-Sadiq via his father in at-Tuyuriyat ❝...I feel like calling Abu Bakr and his son to appoint him as my successor lest people should say something or wish for something else. Also, I urge you to take a delve in history from a critical perspective with the intention of seeking knowledge and in shaa allah you'll see why we do not accept many of those hadiths.
Much of this is due to the political involvement and influence of many hadith narrators which seem skewed towards a set narrative. An example of this is abu Huraira, who narrates around 5,000 hadith although only spending around 2 years around the prohpet (saww).
I got love for my sunni brothers and I almost became sunni at one point but im telling you bro, if you truly read into this with, in shaa allah, a pure intention to seek knowledge and seek to understand rather than to undermine, you will get a different perspective of the followers of the ahlulbayt, in shaa allah

This is why she was married to the prophet of Allah (saww), Allah (SWT) wanted to test the people as to what side they would pick in the battle of the camel to show who will obey Allah (SWT) through Ali (as) and who would go astray and obey Aisha: "Do the people think that they will be left alone when they say: 'We believe' and they will not be tested?" [Quran 29:2] This was the same case in the time of Lut (as) when he was married to a Kafir who was a pimpess who would go to the top of her house and whistle calling people to sodomise with Lut’s guests, Allah (SWT) wanted to test who would obey Allah (SWT) through Lut (as) and who would obey his Kafir wife.
Also from the hadith it’s clear that "and in the Hereafter" was added by the narrator as how would Ammar (ra) know that she will be his wife in the hereafter? How could Ammar take an oath swearing in the name of Allah (SWT) about something he did not know? Did he have a verse from the book of God? Or was it a covenant promised to him by the Prophet (saww)? Thus, excluding what has been falsely added, we are left with the true hadith; "Aisha travelled to Basra, and she is the wife of your Prophet, but Allah is testing you through her to know whether you obey Him (Allah) or her (Aisha)."

An amasing situation indeed. Hazrat Ali, when faced against a Prophet's wife, absolutely does not hesitate to allow 'truth' to prevail. Absolutely does not hesitate to protect the people, as a leader should rightly do. Finishes the job, as one should rightly do....

Your condition is like that of a man who carries dates to the date -growing districts or that if a man ' who tries to teach archery to the master from whom he has learnt the Art. You believe that the best of the people amongst the muslims are so and so and you have started discussing a subject ( superiority of muhajirs over Ansar) which if it is proved correct will not be of any use to you, will not enhance your status and if it is repudiated, this repudiation will not harm you because you are neither a muhajir nor Ansar. What have you to do with their affairs? You are a freed and liberated slave, and slaves and their sons, though freed and liberated cannot aspire to the status OF muhajir and Ansar and they have no right to introduce unholy classification amongst the muhajirs and Ansar. DO you realise your limitations? You do not belong to either group, you are a liberated slave and a son of liberated parents and you want to introduce an unhealthy division between these two groups the false status you have tried to grasp is not going to enhance your prestige ( before ALLAH or the people). Can you not think of remaining at the place where you old hostility towards islam and the holy PROPHET (s) has kept you? How is the lower status or defeat of one class or a person of that class, to whom you do not belong going to harm you and how is the success or higher status of the other going to do you good? You have gone astray from the straight path and from the teachings of Islam. Listen! I want to give you a short description of the blessings of ALLAH upon us. A party of muhajirs met martyrdom. They were killed in the cause of Islam and ALLAH. everyone of them was blessed by ALLAH with a status and rank. Out of them those who belonged to my family and tribe,Bani Hashim, were granted an excellent status By Allah. Hamza ( the uncle of the HOLY PROPHET)(s) and imam Ali (a)) received the title of chief of Martyrs ( sayyid al-shuhada). The HOLY PROPHET( s) himself called him by this name after his martyrdom and at his funeral ceremony. The HOLY PROPHET (s) recited takbir ( 'Allahu akbar ') seventy times as a mark of distinction for him, which is not for any other Muslim. Some muhajirs lost their hands in the battlefield but when one of us ( jafar, cousin of the HOLY PROPHET (s) and brother of of imam Alu (a)) lost both of his hands and died in the battlefield, ALLAH granted him angelic wings and the HOLY PROPHET (s) informed us that this martyr received the title of Tayyar ( one who flies in paradise). If Allah had not disapproved mans habit of eulogizing and praising himself, I would have given several such instances which speak of the enhancement of my prestige and status before ALLAH, instances which are accepted and can be testified by faithful Muslims about which the hearers will have no reason to doubt. Do not be like a man whom the Devil has laid astray . Accept the obvious truth when it faces you. Listen O' Mu'awiya! We( Ahlul Bayt.the progeny of the HOLY PROPHET (s) are unique examples of the creation of Allah. For such a status, we are not under obligation to any person or tribe but the Almighty Allah who granted us these blessings. Human beings have received an will receive perfection through us, The perpetual supremacy and inherent superiority do not prevent us from making contact with humans beings or with your clan, we have married amongst you and have established family connections with your (as well as with others) clan, though you do not belong to our class, How can you be our equal when the HOLY PROPHET (s) belongs to us and abu jahl, the worst enemy of Islam was from amongst you . Asadullah ( lit. " The lion of ALLAH " a title of imam Ali( a) is from amongst us, while Asadul Ahlaaf ( lion of the opposing groups, who had sworn to fight against Islam and the HOLY PROPHET (s) was from you. The two foremost leaders of the youth of paradise (imam Hasan (a) & imam Husayn (a)) are from us and the children of hell are from you. The best woman in the world ( title bestowed by ALLAH upon Fatima ( a)) the beloved DAUGHTER of the HOLY PROPHET (s) is from us, and the slander and the wood- carrying woman who tried to spend every hour of her life in doing harm to the HOLY PROPHET of islam( s), was your aunt. There are so many other things similar to to few mentioned which praise us and speak ill of your clan and which show how far and superior we are to you. We were faithful followers of the commandments of ALLAH and you and your clan always opposed Islam and accepted it out of sheer expediency simply to save yourselves from humiliation and disgrace Our sincerity in Islam and our services to its cause are the facts of history and history cannot deny your enmity against Islam and the HOLY PROPHET (s). The credit which you want to take away from us and the honour which you want to deprive us of is the one which the HOLY QURAN is carefully guarding for us . It says : " Some relatives are superior and have excellence over others, according to the book of ALLAH"( QURAN, 33:6 ) and in another place in the very same Boik, ALLAH informs mankind that: " The nearest people to Abraham, are those who follow the HOLY PROPHET (s,) and the true believers. ALLAH is the guardian of the true believers " ( QURAN, 2 : 68 . Therefore we hold two excellence: That of close relationship to the HOLY PROPHET ( S) and that of loyally accepting his teachings. Do you know in the day of saqifa, Muhajirs told Ansars that they were superior to them because they in one way or the other were, related to the HOLY PROPHET, (s) and therefore they deserved the caliphate and with the aid of this argument the muhajirs carried the day . If success can be achieved with the help of this argument and if it has got a grain of truth in it , then according it, we deserve the caliphate.

If somebody goes against such decision, then he should be persuaded to adopt the course followed by others, and if he refuses to fall in line with others , then war is the only course left open to be adopted against him and as he has refused to follow the course followed by the Muslims Allah will let him wander in the wilderness of his ignorance and schism. 'O muawiya! I am sure that if you give up self- aggradizement and self- interest, if you forsake the idea of being alive only to personal profits and pleasure, if you cease to be actuated solely by selfishness and if you ponder over the incident leading to the murder of uthman, you will realise that I cannot at all be held responsible for the affair and I am the least concerned with the episode. But it is a different thing that you create all these false rumours and carry on this this heinous propaganda to Gain your ulterior motives. However anybody who curses and swears at Aisha Abu Bakr or Umar RA, and discount them as Important Sahabi and key figures in the survival and expansion of Islam, or does not consider them for their Help and companionship of Muhammad Rasulullah ALONG WITH ALI IBN ABI TALIB RA, then they are not believers.
