- Walmart has a new item on their online store called the Ultimate Collector’s 50 Pack Combo for $20. I bought one to see if it was worth it.

Probably, but we'll all be long dead and buried. Our great-grandkids will have to inherit the burden of opening those junk packs.
Lol. I think they produced enough junk wax to last at least the next 200 years before they're all finally opened.

Love your channel you should do a mystery box challenge were you have a money meter in the corner and see if the box pays for its self with the cards you pull and if it does see how many mystery boxes in a row you can do till you lose

I love watching these because this was my childhood....cards, comics..I was addicted. I was 10 in 87 and I could walk to Coles pharmacy and buy 3 packs of Donruss for a buck and get a penny gumball out the machine. I really miss those days. It really wasn’t about the money, collecting cards brought my friends together, we would bring our collections over and trade and argue and laugh. If I was really lucky my mom would drive my brother and I to the card and comic store and spend as much time as we could before my mom would lose her patience...cards were the reason I got my first job at 14 at a golf course weed whacking the creek shorelines so I could afford the upper deck and the fleer ultras, and the topps finest...these videos bring me back to some of the best times of my life and I really appreciate you sharing these videos and letting me re live, albeit, vicariously, those happier times in my life. My brother passed away a year ago at the age of 37 and I miss him everyday, ur videos help bring back memories of us together so thank you
I will never forget the frustration of opening a pack of '87 Donruss and trying to keep the cards in mint condition with those fragile black borders.

I think these boxes are worth it. You get a nice selection of packs from different eras with a chance at some good rookies. They're even better for new collectors just for that variety. Thanks for another great vid.

Eric, your video inspired me to give this bundle a shot. I ordered 2 50 Pack boxes, got a deal i think, 40 on the cards, free shipping and a couple bucks tax so think i did OK! 73 packs 2015 and up, 5 2006 Racks, and 22 89-92 junk era. Not opened the packs yet, but it was fun watching your rip and will add mine to a few other packs laying around for a evening of fun coming soon! Thanks for your channel, you are a blast to watch and inspired me to get back to the hobby i loved for many years!

I liked these so much I bought 2 boxes. They'll be here by Thursday. Also my son said he likes 91 Fleer , I'm so ashamed , but I still love him.

Idk if its because I have a ton of it, but the 2007 design is one of the nicest Topps has done in a while. They can get beat up a little, but man were they clean looking.
Never knew Moises came up with the Pirates, always assumed he came up in the Expos organization.

Just read this about Tuffy Rhodes... Hard to believe this happened! "In the 2001 season, he hit his 55th homer to tie Sadaharu Oh's Japanese League single season home run record, set in 1964. For the rest of the season, opposing pitchers intentionally walked Rhodes to prevent him from breaking Oh's record."
Man I have never seen someone pull so many checklists, lol. I love your videos, my boys have recently started getting into baseball and card collecting, which has rekindled my own interest. Keep up the great work!

Older collector here, ..i'm so sick of the 1987-93 era that my stomach turns whenever I see a pack from that overproduced time....Yet it was the best time of my baseball card life

This package looks like it's worth the $20 bucks plus s&h. The mix is nice.
Love late 80s and early 90's upper deck for some reason. Probably because I could never afford the packs when I was a kid.
They always seemed to appear higher quality. White card stock and sharper images over the brown stuff and fuzzy pictures. That and the use of green and brown along with a hologram stamp sort of reminded me of going to the stadium and watching a game.
I think I’m gonna buy one of these. Interesting idea and would be fun to open for sure.

I got those topps cards and donruss form 2011 to2017 for a penny at dollar tree and they had so much that i cleared there old packs and only left then with Donruss 2018 and i pulled a Harper roy cup card 2012 and mike trout 2013 roy card. All for the price of $2.34. Yes they had that many 😍 but sadly i only got those hits but with the price and it was fun to open them with the fam
Even to this day people aren't thrilled with Donruss. I love it!!
I had so many of the late 80's/ early 90's cards when I was a kid, I got 2 binders full of them at a yard sale 😅
When i was young i bought so many boxes of 89 Donruss it was not funny -- my dad lived out in the country and there was a country store ( 7 eleven ) type store like 5 or so miles away and i would ride my bike and buy the boxes i am not sure how many i bought but my guess would be 10 to 15 maybe more it was crazy but a good memory from my child hood. -- As for is it a good value -- It's not bad but good for someone looking to get into cards and to kick start a collection.

Bought two lots, received 50 dollar store packs and 3 ten pack boxes and one 20 pack box. The boxes had been searched out for the good packs and were replaced with junk wax duplicates. Many others have reported the same on the Blowout forum.

So tonight I went to Meijer to buy one of the 2019 Topps Heritage Mega boxes. I haven’t had a lot of faith in Heritage this year. So, I grab a box then change to a different box. The box was a dud until I pUlled a Carl Yastrzemski 70s flashback autograph bat relic. Hand written 13/25. I was shocked. The hits are in there guys. Just got lucky!
I grabbed a weird one from Walmart yesterday on sale for 14.99 . It only had 3 crap packs but the other 9 were decent. I definitely like you was surprised and happy with the purchase.

I felt the same way about upper deck, I actually saved up to buy some 89 ud packs & got lucky when I pulled a Griffey rookie, sad thing some one stole it from my backpack at school. To this date I never replaced it. It was going for $100 bucks back then.
What do you do with the mini world series cards? do you keep them or do you throw them away? I have always liked them. I don't have many but would love to have the set for some weird reason. Is there any way that I could have 'em? That would be awesome!
Regardless of quality of packs, 50 packs for $20 is pretty solid, especially for someone starting a collection. Great video Erik! By the way, I emailed you with my info for the giveaway.

Watching you open these junk packs was painful to watch as it reminded me of doing the same back then.
Imagine opening a box of 89 Upper Deck Baseball and finding the holy grail of factory errors. 24 packs of just Griffey Jr rc's. 🤔 Highly improbable i'm guessing.
Love the Henderson pull. Thats my favorite player of all-time.
I have 15 of the UD Michael Jordan cards. They were always at the bottom of every box. Any time a new box was opened I'd grab packs from the bottom..
I'm no die hard collector...I'll buy a complete set every year from Topps (always been my favorite)...but after the first couple minutes of this video, I went order two of these boxes myself.

Upper deck is still alive and kicking. They just don't have an mlb license anymore.

I wouldn't be surprised if like you said Wal-Mart got these from Dunhams. Was in one today and there weren't any cards at all. Was going to go to the tried and true Dunhams but it's over 3 hours away. I think a lot of these sports stores like Dunham's are just trying to get out of the card business (or have been trying to for a while)
91 fleer lol, I member that set from my childhood, I actually still have that full set at my mom house in a spare bedroom I believe. Idk why I liked that set when I was younger

I've gotten 2011 series 1 out of this box before. One of the trouts from that series is the new highest price sold card (I believe)

Elites were easily searched in 91 Donruss, the pack with the Elite card would have a slightly different shade wrapper from the rest of the packs in the box. I heard you could also use a metal detector.

You should definitely rip some more fairfield pharmacy boxes. I got another this week and got a Freddie Freeman RC and an auto/relic combo of Adam Rosales. That's after getting a Machado rc last week in one.

my friend works at walmart and he told me walmart page isnt affiliated with walmart. if you print off something on the website like example season 3 of the office is $9.88 you see it there for $19.99 they wont match it because walmart site is like another amazon site. so the cards you got werent from walmart and probably from a vendor. just letting you know erik and the rest

OK it's a pretty good deal but how many of those particular cards do you want to have to store somewhere? I got stacks of them. Sometimes I think it's better not to open them....unless your bored one day and need a quick wax pack dose...
