ive been procrastinating using/learning how to use spss for over a month, and this made it so easy to understand. thank you so much. absolute life saver.
Wow. At Last! An SPSS training that shows the micro steps, explains the input field functions clearly and visibly demonstrates with a pointer what tab is being accessed at every stage of the process, rather than rushing ahead according to the tutors own level of expertise and not the students. You are a great teacher and have made look easy and accessible, within a few minutes, what other trainings have failed to demystify over a period of hours. As part of my PhD work I just struggled partway through 2 recommended SPSS trainings on Udemy and was left sea sick and convinced the program/software was beyond me. There are many great trainers, but far too many cannot coherently unpack what they know and introduce it effectively, to those who do not yet know, for successful applied learning. Thank You!
I only know Jamovi as a statistical tool. This SPSS is very powerful and a bit complicated to learn, but through this video, I can easily follow and practice SPSS as a beginner. Thanks Dr. Daniel.
Hello, Dr. Daniel, thank you so much for these videos. I'm not sure if you'll see this comment, but these videos have helped me really understand how this program works. Very effective and efficient explanations!
Dear Professor, I am a clinician going into research and this was a wonderful kickstart for SPSS. I am sure you must be really well read in this subject to be able to simplify it so much for beginners like us. Thank you once again and I will definitely see the other videos on report writing. Regards and Best wishes
I’ve been so worried about my statistics courses because anything with numbers terrifies me, and if computers are involved doubly so. After watching these first few videos and actually understanding everything, I feel like it might not be so impossible after all. Thank you so much for making these videos.
Waoo!! These videos were actually created 6 yrs ago and it is just very much relevant now. I wished I had seen these then, I'm so happy for discovering this channel.
I'm actually a beginner in SPSS trying to learn how to handle it... I am a research scholar from India.. I want to thank you for your lectures on spss.... it is actually very helpful for me...the way you teach, helping me to understand very easily Thank you Professor..thank you very much
I was worried about how to start on spss but thankyou so much for acknowledging me in such a simple way i hope to learn it vry fast👍 wish me for my research work! God Bless you 😊
Initially, SPSS was a no go zone for me but with your lessons,, I'm understanding and loving SPSS. Its not complicated to use like I earlier thought. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for your explanations. I am taking my Statistics class in Korean and I don't get anything. Thanks to your videos, I am understanding everything like other students. Thank you again and again!!!💛
Wow this helps a lot. You explained way better than my statistics lecturer who was supposed to teach us for the whole semester but ended up ghosting us, then giving us surprise assignments and tests. Many thanks to u sir. RUclips University is growing
Thanks Dr Daniel, I go to know the SPSS tool by your videos, and I can say it is very good tool for those, who dont want to do coding in R, python, this tool saves lot of time and it is a good tool for data scientist.
I can truly appreciate these videos. Dr. Daniel, you've done wonders in making SPSS user friendly. Now to describe what I've plotted is the kicker. Thank you! #iwillnotbedefeated #ihavetohavethis #futuredoctor
Im really stuck on where and how to start analyzing this data. the biggest mistake that I had was, not knowing what I want to do with all these. luckily I watched your videos, and it gives me some insights and helped me a lot to understand! your explanation is very easy to catch. thank you. really appreciate this series.
Such an important topic: always know what you are going to do with the data before you collect the data. If you do, then life will be good. But having a mess of data make life sad...you are so right. Good luck on your project.
Hi there! Thank you so much for your videos. I have an issue with SPSS and I can't seem to find the solution. When I make a frequency table for different variables, I don't get all the values that were given in the table. For example: I make a frequency table of the variable 'How happy are you?', the values lable from 1 - 5. If I look at the frequency table in my output, it gives only 2 - 5. Presumably because no one chose value 1, how do I manage to still show 1 - 5 in the table?
@@ResearchByDesign Sir, I hardly noticed what you clicked to get from graphical view to data view at 12:10. Now I'm stuck with graphical view and cannot "compare means" :( I appreciate your help.
I don't care for the black and white video since it was moving around and blurry...creative license, I suppose. It was distracting, but I LOVED the lecture! It was very informative and helpful! Thank you!
The first 3 videos on the playlist seem to be unnecessary as they are covered in the fuller tutorial starting with video 4 onward. I wonder if it would be better to delete those first 3 videos from the playlist for clarity's sake?
I am a statistician. He has a superb way to explain all the things step by step. A big hand for him

If I only had your videos during my PhD I would not have taken it the hard way. Now I am benefitting from these wonderful videos in my lectures.
Came for the knowledge, stay for the on-point lecturing and the professional camera work.
Your explanation is so simplified, clear, and with the right tone and pace makes it super easy to comprehend. Thank you

Is age nominal, ordinal, or scale when you ask what age group are you in ? for spss
It's scale..cause you're asking "how many" years someone has
Boss you are a legend!
Kudos!
