This was very relaxing and therapeutic practice for the knees especially after doing leg extensions and squats with weights the key to All fitness is proper breathing my martial arts instructor always enfisised about breathing properly thanks Melissa u rock I constantly using your techniques daily see you next work out thumbs up always keep up the great work
So many things to help with IT band pain. Typically it comes from the 3 muscles that attach onto the IT band like: TFL, outer quad muscles, and glutes. These muscles can tighten and pull on the IT band, but it's getting to the root of why. We have several other knee pain videos you might enjoy! Keep up the good work!

I had a knee replacement a year ago! I have problems with my IT Band! What can I do for that?
