All my life i’ve been rather gluttonous and never listened to what my body really needed. Never exercising or anything of the sort. About 6 months ago, I got a gnarly knee injury. The pain from the injury at first was unbearable to the point i was nearly bed ridden for the first month after, wearing knee braces as sparingly as possible so as not to weaken my already damaged knee. Since then my knee never really regained its strength, it is so weak that i have difficulty climbing stairs. I digress. Long story short, my legs feel incredible after following this video. At the end as i was laying on my back, i nearly broke into tears because of how much better it felt. Thank you so much for this. This is officially part of my daily routine.
I am so happy to hear this video has helped your knee! Listening to our bodies and what they need is so important! Glad to hear you are on your road to recovery with your knee injury! Stay tuned I have another knee video coming out this week! Let me know if there is a specific topic you are interested in and I'm happy to make a video! Keep up the good work!
Dude, I’m in the exact same situation right now. Never exercised often, ate poorly, but now I have a broken knee, and I realized I took the ability to exercise freely for granted. As my knee heals, I’m trying to get as active as possible. Feels great to be able to move freely again
FINALLY someone who doesn't have a bunch of squats and table position for a bad knee video. I've clicked out of multiple already because if my knee hurts, I clearly can't get into a deep squat sit or on one knee like that! Thank you for keeping the actual injury in mind!
TWO DAYS of doing this and already my knees don't scream to the heavens first thing in the morning, nor bother me when I take a seat. Two days!! I'll be watching many more of these classes. Thank you!!
Ive had horrible knee issues after having long covid. I know this is from a while ago but im so glad i found this. All the other videos on youtube made my knees hurt. This one i can do every day before work and its not hurting my knees at all! Im so grateful ❤
So happy to hear that this class has been helpful for you! We have several other knee videos on the channel you might enjoy too! Keep up the great work!
I have recently hit 300 pounds. I had some knee pain before but now it is affecting my hips and my back. When I get up in the morning I am so stiff and sore everywhere. My mobility is that of a 50 year old and I am half that age. I’m starting to gain my mobility back with this video. Every morning. Today is my first day and my hips and knees feel great. I’m so excited to start seeing improvement in my routine as I work towards running and harder calisthenic exercises! Never give up on yourself! Victory is right around the corner!
Recently hurt my knee while I made a commitment to do yoga every day as a part of a 30-day challenge. So glad I found your video so I could continue without putting pressure on it! Thank you 😊
I am happy rhat I found you. This was very effective and knee friendly. I have knee surgery, so I can not do kneeling like exercises. I am sick of yoga teachers who is trying to show us how they are perfect instead of trying to help us. So I really enjoyed your video, I can not wait to see more! Thanks a lot! I appreciate your effort, time.

I'm a total beginner who's too anxious to go to in-person classes--and my anxiety has kept me from exercising where people can see me. Yesterday, I wanted to give yoga another chance in hopes of (finally) doing something good for my body, but was feeling really discouraged when a (beginner!) routine I tried in an app made my knees hurt really bad 😔 I found your video today while looking for a knee-friendly routine, and decided to give it a go--and I honestly feel so, so happy and grateful right now. Thank you so much... I think this might be the first time I've ever really enjoyed a yoga session. 🥺🙏❤
So amazing! So happy you gave yoga another try & are feeling good after this class! It's all about finding what works best for our bodies and sometimes it takes a few tries. I have a few other knee friendly classes and this is one of them ruclips.net/video/ikRjOyjYbRE/видео.html And if there is something specific you'd like to work on I am happy to make a video on that topic! Totally new to idea of yoga. Exercises hard since my TKR since I can't get on hands and knees and knees swell often after things like biking and walking. Hope this helps. I have something called patella inflammation which causes pain in my knees and my physiotherapist sent me a few videos and this one has been the most helpful, I have awful cramp in my leg as I was ill in bed all day yesterday and this has eased the cramp so much
My left knee has osteoarthritis in it. I had to put the settings on a slower speed until the body gets used to bending again. At the end of the exercise I feel a bit more flexible. The pain in my knee is ruining my job as a teacher. I am determined to be more flexible. I hope now that I have started, life will improve. Yay to day one! 🎉
Thank you, this has great. I have been doing your knee yoga videos for a couple of weeks now and they have helped a lot already I recently found out I have osteoarthritis in my left knee and I am hoping with your workouts I can keep it more limber and stay off surgery for a few more years.
