I have rheumatoid arthritis and have been suffering with joint pain in my legs badly at night. I did this routine yesterday & had the best sleep I’ve had in ages with virtually no pain.
I love how the routine is so gentle & you are so accommodating of peoples different limitations ❤

Thsnk gosh I found your channel Ann. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I watched this on a 55 inch TV while I laid on a yoga mat I have and was able to see everything you did .and folliwed along. Oh my gosh..so relieving!

🙏🏼 🥰 search for this ; I used to do yoga every day before my body corroded due to fibromyalgia and vit D level under 0,4 ….. turning 61 this month but need to get more mobile; hope this works for me. Theses moves I can do 🙏🏼🧸🍀

I found this video dealing with arthritis and back pain in low back and neck it helped some and little bit relief will so these everyday i pray it helps my low back and neck feel better more
This is the absolute best. Had knee and hip, ankle and wrists. All were very sore. This practice helped greatly.

Feeling so much pain relief in my upper thigh inner muscle. I could barely walk. But since watching this video. I am feeling 100 times better. I will definitely revisit this video again and will incorporate into my daily stretching yoga routine. Much appreciated ❤
Thank you for this. I have fibromyalgia and am trying to gently get back into moving as my muscles have worn away due to sitting still during flair ups. This was a really nice way to gently stretch each joint without burning them out.
Going to try and do this every few days until I can tolerate doing it daily

For joint pain and osteoarthritis, patients may take Magnesia Phod 12x and Calcaria Flour 12x,four tablets thrice daily with a little warm water for 6 months.This will remove all sorts knee pain within 3months.Myself was suffering from this sorts of pain and taking these two homeo medicines 90%of my problems have gone.
Will these medicines work for rheumatoid arthritis please. I have severe pain in all body joints specially hand fingers n knee joints

Thanks Ann for this. Really difficult to find yoga + knee issues resources.
Question/observations - there is too much conflicting info out there for knee arthritis n exercise esp yoga.
Esp with respect to knee flexion/fold/bend.
Vajrasana, balasana, even sukhasana are no-nos for me acc to my orthopaedic doctor. Some doctors say that even standing triangle, vira/virabhadra asanas put pressure on knees.
Can you address these issues in another video please?

I only 35 years old and get pain in my joints so easily. Im afraid Ill end up not walking before I even reach old age😢

Sabrina, always work within your own limits and adapt as needed. This means, you can do the movements smaller or even just visualize the movements (which research shows benefits for). Also, you may enjoy the chair version of these exercises more, but the same principles apply ruclips.net/video/xYuLL21CIUw/видео.html. Another suggestion will be to focus on meditation and slowly add movement in as movement is key for both of those conditions. @@AnnSwansonWellness My question is, why do you need a phone for yoga? surely it's more beneficial without any distractions. I am old, just realised you can watch it on your phone, point taken, no offense meant.
having it on my phone is really helpful for me because i can just do it anywhere, i dont see a problem with being able to access this on my phone
Strange you never see anyone who actually has joint problems teaching these postures, they are always fit people in their twenties who know nothing about degenerative joint pain
