Wow i have had juvenile rheumatoid althritis in all my joints since i was 2 and recently with me just going into my second year of high school my hands and wrists have been hurting really bad and this has been the first time in months i have felt relief thank you.
I have developed arthritis as a young teen and I am trying to get ahead of it. This helps a ton for me! I also do this sometimes in warm water to help move my joints better. Thank you!!

It was nice. But I didn't know how much my hands hurts as I tried all these exercises & yoga. This is my 1st day at this. I try exercise this AM & your yoga this PM. It is telling me I need to keep doing these different ways to help my hands feel better from my arthritis.

Lynn, soundtrack. I love nature sounds and we have a whole library of them for upcoming meditations. But, I try to record in the quietest places possible so we have more control. I actually find the sound of water like waterfalls and the ocean the most relaxing so I’ll be experimenting with those un the upcoming videos :)
