You might wonder why I would suggest a collar that runs around $100 when you could just go get an anti-bark collar from Walmart or the other place that charges your for 2-day shipping and then sends it to you in a couple weeks.
Getting your dog to stop barking is something that you should work on over time and teach a more quiet behavior. However, you might need to stop your dog's barking right now. That is one time when the SportDog Bark Collar is going to prove invaluable. And it will out-perform the cheaper alternatives all-day and twice on Sunday.
There are several SportDog collars to choose from, but I suggest you get one that is rechargeable rather than one that comes with batteries you have to replace. I love my SportDog SBC-R, but you might also find the SBC-10 which is just as good.
If you are like me and live in a smaller community, you might need your dog to understand that no barking is the only barking that is acceptable.

There are actually 3 modes you can use. One is a gradually increasing mode. The second is where the collar remembers the level used last time to get the dog to stop and goes right to that the next time the dog barks. The third is a preset level that you can set yourself.

Thanks for pointing that out. I forgot to mention that because I usually just set the level myself for each dog.

Any tips on fitting ecollars so they are effective but not too tight?

put the ecollar under the ears, right at the top of the neck, fit until you can fit 2 fingers under the collar.

Hi I just wanted to say I agree 1000% on your video. Last year I had a dog that barked all the time I bought a SportDog collar for him then I had a litter of puppies when they got old enough you I bought 10 Walmart bark collars
You are right dog sport bark collars are the best
Now on the Walmart bark collars I was very disappointed my dogs are outside when the collars get wet they stretch you were right to mention that it is even worse when wet. on the side of the recver those tabs that holds the color on should be a solid piece of plastic to hold the collar on when it gets wet .
I had to duck tap the receiver to the collar so it would not fall off and the dogs chew it up . and then I found out I could not adjust the dog collar they keep it tight so I went out and bought all new dog collars that had buckles on them so I can take the collar and tighten it up where it should be but I still had to duct tape the receiver to the collar because the dumbasses that manufacture them did not put a full piece of plastic across the entire thing to keep the dog collar on when it gets wet.
Oh one last thing the batteries for the Walmart collars are $6 a piece you're better off to go online you can buy rechargeable batteries for about $3 a piece. The same company and make the ones for Walmart they do make a rechargeable one now 40 or $50 the ones that I bought or $23
Thank you for the video it was great
