Ok you just made me pull the trigger on purchasing the Tilta Float and I already have the Tilta Ring Advancded I'm so happy myself!! great review my friend
At 2:00 you do not explain what "this' is that you are saying "it fits". Also at 1:28 you put on a transmitter, but for video for head control? Please explain. Thank you.
Good question. To be brutally honest: 90% I pick the ring simply because it's easier and quicker to operate. I love float but most of my fashion gigs are Extremely Run&Gun so the ring has that going for it. Everytime I do longer walking shots with models I wish I had the float with me tho. It's so perfect for that. In the future I want to use float more and more as I'm getting the hang of things. I just need to convince some of my clients that it's going to take a bit more time between takes.
Hello man, i have a float and rs3 pro, but i cant connect or pairing thumb controller completly with The dji focus motor. The joystick, The rec buttom its work but The dial not, can you help me.?
It should work just fine. I don't have the rs3 so I can't try it. But it's the same system so I presume it should work just fine. As fas as limitations go I'd say it's just the clearance and some of the features that the rs3 pro has over the rs3.

At 2:13, what is it exactly you are talking about? Car mounts? Want what? Thank you.

How do you power your Nucleus N on the RS3 Pro? Do you have a special cable?
I have the Nuclues M - is it possible to use it too?
Do you know, or can check, if the RavenEye from RS2 works with RS3 Pro as well?
As far as I can tell it should. Just to clarify: I didn't try tho. I don't use raven-eye. As I only have SDI camera's.
haha love this, gr8 energy!
Thanks! My doubt solved.
Glad to help out!
Great channel mate. When do you go for the Float and when do you go for the Ring Grip?

@@PeterBaerveldt thanks Peter. Those are some valid points. I think I’ll be getting both. Sounds like each of them serves a purpose.

is the RS3pro stronger than RS2?
I HAVE BLACK MAGIC AND RS2 gives me micro jitters.
The RS3 Pro doesn't have stronger motors.
Are you using the lens strap and the super smooth mode?
do you know if the Tilta battery plate for the rs2 works with the rs 3 pro? 😊
I don't own the battery plate. How ever I tried the rs2 plate on the rs3 pro and it works perfectly. So the tilta plate will fit for sure.
@@PeterBaerveldt thanks
how do you activate steadicam mode on rs3 pro ?
Anyone knows if Tilta float works with non-pro RS3? Will there be some limitations with non-pro RS3?

Where do you get your music ?
Artlist! I use Artlist for all my music on RUclips. Good price for a good amount of music that I can use on RUclips.
